PSD - is short form of Photoshop Document which u can save as layers - it can be anything not just "coloring" ,it can be a combination of anything!

Same for ACTION,action is basically a SET OF STEPS PERFORMED to make our work easier,it can also be anything,not just Coloring,it can textures,resizing anything!

But yes...Coloring PSD and Coloring Action is both used for same purpose and same..coloring..!

@Riu - it's looks like a GRUNGE texture !Also search for Paper, Grainy textures!Looks same!

u cnt open gif in ps.it cn open in imageready:)
