Okay i have some weird problem. Whenever i try 2 downalod videos espl .FLV format which are from you know youtube videos or in my case Starplus videos. whenever i want to convert in iskysoft it gives me error and i got this screen:

And then it gets stuck and it doenst work. I also tried other formats and then it worked perfectly idk whay it happend only with FLV formats. Badly need HELP !!!😭😭😭

Did anyone else have this problem or use this prog???
