there are so many ways to blend ...u can select images using quickselction tool,M tool etc...
u add a texture on ur pic and then change the settings of ur blend accordingly...

Any Idea I found out that Jasc Animation Shop Stacks Avi's but can't find link and all links on First Page aren't working

thank you and if I want to cut out a specific picture and not have its background ...how would I do that with having clean edges around it ...??

there is a tool called magic wand tool or quick selection tool...i prefer quick selection tool...try them ...
after that go to refine option above and set the radius and u are done...
