Duplicate layer(twice) and Blur->Motion Blur & wid d help of d eraser click on places (just lyk Saif-K)tht u want to b visible.d rest will remain blured

First of all merge all the layers of your siggy>>duplicate them!

Then go to filter>>blur>>motion blur

then choose the angel, set the number & click on ok!😳

Thank a lot abhiya_pkyek and Niky...it really helped😳...but is the eraser the only way to get rid of the parts you dont want...like i cant seem to erase in a neat and clean way or is their particular settings for that too..??
