Coz.. hindu's mein fasting hai.. for only certain days of the week.. like mon / fri.. coz mon is shiv bhagwan ka day.. fri.. some other bhagwan ka day..!

On these days, wem hindu ppl keep fast - ppl have proper meal only one time during the day..😃 btw.. aap logon jaisa itna katin nahi hai.. we can have water too.. but we hav to avoid salted food , etc . - but we can have nuts , etc during the day we r fasting..!

Ab logon ki sooch hai.. i toh don't do these kinds of fasts.., can't stay hungry at all..!
