The videos u need to work on in imageready SHOULD BE in .MOV format.You need to convert them using Aimersoft Video Convertor/Editor Pack or can download the Total Video Converter for free.

Once u have converted, just double click in the work space and then u can import ur vids..Hope it helped:)
