Khushi - Use the lasso tool to select the main picture area (the way done in the sig provided by you) and then go to layer style. Choose stroke option and choose the capasity and the colour of the stroke!

Hii im new here and well i dont know ANYTHING about siggies but i really really want to make them . I dont know what software to download and from where either 😕 plz plz help and how do we post a picture in creation gallery's ??? :) thanxx

After u downloaded the file open it and then extract all files then u can open it in Photoshop 😊

Could somebody give me a tutorial on making video avatars in PSP C5. I just want to make simple avatars, no coloring or anything else but just trimming the video and making avis.
