Follow that till step 3 & for the colouring part, its just the same like it is in siggies, even texture use is exactly the same, only one thing to be taken care of is: that the later should not be combined or brought in a group, or else, the avi won't work! Even the text part is same & if you use imageready, all you have to do is bring back you avi to photoshop from imageready, there's a small yellow colour feather icon in your tool box for that (at the bottom)!

I mean in siggies sometimes when I do coloring I duplicate the layer and change the blend mode but how can I do that with avi because there are too many layers. 😕

That does not matter at all, just select the top most layer of your avi, say Layer 51, and then go to layer>>new adjustment layer>>And add the desirable effects. And if you face a problem that your effect are showing on just one of the frames, then select that frame, click on the small arrow on the animation box & choose 'Match across all layers & frames'. This will make your effects visible on every layer. The same goes for brushes, textures.

TIP: Make sure when you're adding such effects, you've selected the first frame of your avi, in that case, you usually don't face a problem of effect showing on one frame only. Also, make sure you 'New layer visible in all frames' is checked!😳
