Hey dear!

Well I am not that perfect in animation in CS3 till now, but i don't think there is any such option. If I am not wrong, culling means trimming the time of your animation, right? So I don't think there is suc option in it.😳

In this open those pics which u want in ur sig..and open new image just put all those pics in the new image..one by one and by using rubber tool rub that part which u dont want..and for upper black and grey part use rectangular marquee tool and go on image >adjustment>and desaturate and for lower part some colouring textures has been used which u can find on deviantart.com
