LOL just drag the coloring layers of the PSD, to your image... and your done!

i want to know about Action used in making siggy ..i mean i have download twillight action from Deviant art ...but i don't know hr to use it. ...plzz help mee out

If its a RAR or ZIP file then first extract it ..it will be an .ATN file..
Goto this link..best explained How to load actions n run it
In step 3 after u press "Load actions" click on the action file where it is located(urs- named twilight :) ) ..

@ Medzi_ARian...:As said above these are called "Light textures" u can google them or find in deviantart.com and search..
Here's a link for almost same as u want..download it n extract files(Do credit the maker if u use :) )
Now open u r readymade sigge and also open then texture(.png file here) and drag it on u r sigge and lastly apply u r blending mode to "Screen" of "light texture" layer..(Move(V) it as per u r requirement n where u want light to be placed..
