@ ashaj:Those are called as "Avatars" or in short "Avi's "..
U need to get a URL link of it first....U can go to any gallery/shop in avatar n signature shop made by our creatives but use only which are said "free to use" n use them..😃
Choose a moving avatar u like n right click the image n click view image..u will see its "URL" in the address bar..or see image properties ..U will get the URL!
Then goto u r "Dashboard"..u will see "profile" at u r "left"..there's a"Edit" button just to opposite to it..click that and then goto "preferences" Tab ..below u will see..its written "Avatar link"..paste u r URL link in the box given n click "Submit".

Stack AVis In cs3
This is CS3..
If u r using less than it..it almost works the same..

I have one more question..can someone tell me where to get a tutorial on how to add textures on video avis using photoshop..I have photoshop CS5..I tried Niky's tutorial..it was really helpful..except the step with adding the textures wouldnt work for me:S If any one could tell me how to do it..it would really be helpful:)

Hii honey, theres no difference in adding textures in avis than sigs?! same way! :D

just what u have to do is, on the layers pallette, select the LAST frame, fr eg: 120th is the last frame/layer.. it shud be highlighted...

and on the animation pallette, the first 1 shud be selected...

khalas, get ur texture, paste/drag it over ur previewed avii, and change the blending properties if u need to, and ur done! 😊

Um, ok what exactly is a psd and how am I supposed to use one. I was browsing through the tutorials section for learning how to colorize my siggies, but all that I can find are psds.
