just what u have to do is, on the layers pallette, select the LAST frame, fr eg: 120th is the last frame/layer.. it shud be highlighted...
and on the animation pallette, the first 1 shud be selected...
khalas, get ur texture, paste/drag it over ur previewed avii, and change the blending properties if u need to, and ur done! 😊

^^ PSDs can be used ONLY in PS, so thats not a prob :)

if its a coloring PSD, open up that DOC in PS, and drag all layers to your sig/avi/pic watever u want to colour! Thats it :)

@Riasa make sure you use high quality pictures and if you're using PS then when saving u get the option choose highest quality like 12.
