hey i can help u..u ned some different porgrams..and u have to buy them or can download a free 30 days trial..

u can make siggy and avatar with this programs: Paint shop pro(1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 & 10)and u can also make sigs with PhotoShop and Photo Impact 10..

i have used Photo Impact 10 and i know use paint shop pro 8..and have used paint shop 9 and 10 also..i like it best it's very easy 2 use them!!

and to make animations u need Animation shop 3..this one is the best one i think..!!

u can search and download them from: www.download.com or www.corel.com

yeah the most of the is 30 days free trial!😉

once, paintshop used to be 90 days trial...now its less...no fair...

but yeah, if you are a beginner, your best bet would probably be Paintshop:
