Start a new 500x150 pixels, white background image. Pick the Type Text Tool and enter any text as shown below. Save selection to Alpha Channel (Selections > Load/Save Selection > Save Selection to Alpha Channel).

Font Settings:
Font = Impact
Color = #808080
Create as = Floating
Size = 100
Stroke = 0

2 Decrease selection by 3 pixels (Selections > Modify > Contract). Note that the pixel size varies depending on the size of your text.

3 We will be using an image fill on your current selection. First, save the file carbonfiber_texture.jpg file below by simply right-clicking on it, and choose Save-as. Open this image in Paint Shop Pro.

(u may use the texture of ur choice)

4Pick the Flood Fill Tool and apply a pattern fill on your existing selection. Choose as the current pattern.

5While selection is still active, apply Drop Shadow Filter twice (Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow) using the settings below.

Initial Drop Shadow

Second Drop Shadow

6Load saved selection (Selections > Load/Save Selection > Load Selection From Alpha Channel). Reapply Drop Shadow filter using the settings below.

And Your Done..
