Hey!!!!
They will appear if you set your text type to Floating and not to Vector(which is by default)
You can see the option at the top-left corner of the window of PSP when the text tool is clickes...😳

tut for PS users only

Step#1~Duplicate layer and set it to screen @ 42%(depends on your pic)

Step#2~New Adjustment Selective Layer
Reds: (-100,25,100,100)
Yellows: (100,0,-100,100)
Cyans: (100,0,-14,-13)
Whites: (0,9,-26,12)
Neutrals: (9,-17,-6,22)
Black: (0,0,0,100)

Step#3~Dulplicate Selective Layer
set it to color burn or softlight with desired opacity(meaning you will have to decrease the opacity according to your pic)

Step#4~New Adjustment Color Balance
Midtones: (21,9,-12)
Shadows: (-9,-18,-1)
Highlights: (0,0,-6)

** Step#3 is not necessary...
