ok this is my first time that i m posting any tutorial......this tutorial is on Photo Effects......its for Adobe Photoshop........

Make again Step 1 but this time you adjust Opacity=60%
Create a new layer and use Spazzsplatter brush to brush anywhere on the picture that you like
Use pen tool to draw a curved line, your picture will be softer

Final Result

Hey every1 hw r ull doin?dis is my first tut ever!!!so plss try 2 bare wid me..it may not b nice as im 10

LEARN THIS TRANSICTION:

TO THIS

1st step : First copy and paste this gradient onto the picture:

2nd step : Set it to Lighten at 80%.

3rd step : Now duplicate the base and set it to Overlay at 100%.

4th Step : Make a new raster layer. Fill it with the color #092881 and set it to Exclusion at 36%.

5th Step : Make another new raster layer. Fill it with the color #FFD50F and set it to Multiply at 12%.

AND YOUR DONE!
