Download the font file on ur desktop and unzip the file by clicking rightclick on it and' extract particular file' option.. u will see a new unzipped folder on ur desk top ..open it and copy the Font file

and go to ur START - Settings- controll panel - fonts...then paste the font file there..That's it ur downloaded file now in ur computer..And u also can see in everywhere in ur system I mean even in ur PSP..😃..No need to upload it in PSP separately..

Do you mean something like this-

All you do is write your text

duplicate the layer your text is in...it should be vector.

go to Adjust> Blue> Gaussian Blr > Radius- 5.00> OK

Go to Layer> Property> Set it to Screen or play around with the other settings until the text glows.

DONE

Tutorial on how to make a video sig-

How to make a video sig! This tutorial will explain how you add a video icon on a sig.
Programs using- Animation Shop 3. (Any version will probably be suitable.)

- Open your sig in Animation shop as well as your video icon.

- How many frames does your video icon have? Duplicate your sig as many times it does. (I.e. if your video icon has 20 frames, duplicate your sig 20 times.)

It should look like this-

- Now select ALL your frames of you video icon and copy them.

- Select ALL the frames of your sig and go to the first one, go to Edit> Paste> Into Selected Frame.

- Place your video icon anywhere on the sig.

- It should look something like this now

- Go to View>Animation and you'll see something like this
