These are very brief lists/updates of every event that happened from the beginning of this programme. These ARE: -
- Rashmi(Simran's sisiter) getting married, Sarabh and Padma(Simran's parents) worried about Simran's future, due to her career Simran meets Abhi, by treating Anandi(Abhi's sister) Entry of Dr Manas(Simran's friend) and Urmilla(Manas's wife) Abhi and Simran's friendship, then falling in love Rashmi's hubby dies in accident Abhi and Simran married, parents against it except Anandi and Abhi's papa Abhi's career promotion Simran is pregnant Kiran enters and changes Abhi's life Padma(Simran's mama) dies Misunderstandings of Manas and Urmi relationship, due to Dr. Ashwin, another rival doctor of Simran and Manas Aastha(Abhi's and Simran's baby daughter) is born Abhi leaves Simran and lives with Kiran Dr Dalal and her daughter Amisha(a friend of Kiran) - Amisha is not the biological daughter of Dr Dalal(but Amisha is the daughter of Dr Dalal's maid) Urmi and Ashwin suspect Dr Simran and Dr Manas old relationship Anil Shourie, someone who has an interest in Kiran's modelling, however Abhi hates him Abhi makes up his mind whether to live with Simran and Aastha or Kiran Simran is devestated, Abhi now lives with Kiran, as he don't want Simran in his life again Simran gains confidence slowly, with the help of Dr Manas Rashmi has an interest in Dr Pranay(Rashmi's college tutor) Urmi tries to attack Simran, by hiring a woman to burn down Aastha Nursing Home and using Shankar(Shaguna's hubby) to throw acid onto Simran's face, but it goes on Shaguna's face Shankar is arrested, due to attempt to attack Dr Simran Abhi and Kiran get married, by Abhi's mama but Abhi's papa and Anandi are not happy Anandi gets a shock and dies Simran learns about Abhimanyu Joshi(Manu) is alive, and in a Mental Aslyum, being treated by Dr Pranay. Manu is an old friend of Simran way back into college days Simran take Manu home and treats him here, with love and tender. Manu has lost his memory due to joing the army in 1993/94 and his plane was shot down by the Pakistani authorities and therefore Manu is tourched and looses his memory Urmi kills Ashwin, due to undisputed land for Wadhwa Hospital and therefore Urmi goes to Jail and regrets everything, but she is bailed by Simran (gets re-arrested later) Abhi and Kiran's marraige is broken, Abhi relises is mistake and so as Abhis' mama Abhi and Simran finnally get a divorce, but now living seperatly as friends. Abhi can visit Aastha at anytime Manu gets his memory back Kavita(Simran's sister) dies of cancer and promises Rashmi to marry Kavita's hubby (as written in a letter) Abhi tries to kidnap Aastha, as Kiran left him alone, but he leaves everyone behind and move on with life Abhi living in Nasik, as Musafir a journilist/newsapaper writer, finds shelter under Radhaji(landlord) and Neha(Radha's daughter) Neha and Abhi fall in love, as life goes on for them Simran relises that Manu had a wife and a kid, that he married in Pakistan 10 years ago. Manu leaves Simran Abhi and Neha goes to Mumbai to see Abhi's parents and Simran Abhi and Neha are married - Simran is once more devestated Insecurity grows between Neha and Abhi, Neha learns that Abhi had a relationship witn Simran before Manas tries to help Urmi, but seeks advice from Ria Sen, an advocate who has not lost a court case, however Manas and Ria get closer with their new realtionship and Sonu doesn't likes it Manas leaves Aastha Children Hospital and replaced by Dr Brian Dr Brian explains to Simran about his wife's disability Harsh(Simran's pua's son) comes to India with his parents(Saurabh's sister and brother-in-law) due to Harsh's marraige. Harsh is in love with Catherine a woman who is 8 years older than Harsh. Neha dies after given birth to Abhi's baby daughter promises Simran to look after her child as this will become Simran's second daughter Radhaji gets a shock due to Neha's death, vows to avenge Simran Abhi is shattered, Simran takes him London to see Harsh and Catherine's marriage Aastha is kidnapped by another woman, Shaguna is to be blamed Simran and Abhi try to contact with British authorities and London police to find Aastha, but they learn that Aastha is no more Simran returns back to India, everyone wants Gudiya(Abhi/Neha's daughter) to become Simran's Aastha, but no avail Simran finally agrees that Gudiya is her Aastha, everyone is happy The Mathurs and Saxena families agree that Simran and Abhi should marry again, with Aastha
- Simran waits for Abhi's arrival at the wedding dais but Abhi refuses because in his jacket he finds Neha's diary and expalins that how Neha was so insecure about Abhi and Simran's closeness, therefore Abhi leaves Simran and his family and starts life afresh
ENTERS 17 YEARS LEAP (not 18 years, because Aastha turns 18 somewhere later in the show)
- Aastha, now 17 years old, a complete spoilt brat, now rides on a motorcycle, gaven by Simran, who is 54, now 55. Aastha and Sid are best friends, but it seems like Aastha loves Sid
- Siddhant(aka Sonu) Manas and Urmi's son who becomes a doctor working at Aastha Children's Hospital
- Simran prays for Abhi's well-being as her name is addressed as DR SIMRAN SAXENA, so that every1 knows that Abhi n Simran have been married, but it did not happened!
- Urmi is released from jail, but found when Aastha bumps her motorbike into her, Sid learns that his mother is ok
- Abhi's parents - they look old, but Abhi's papa has hearing problems, so he has some kind of machine that is fitted around his right ear
- Urmi meets Simran, Simran tells that Aastha is not her daughter, Abhi has left her for good and that her real daughter has perished in London(but she's not!)
- Neha's mother learns of her grand-daughter Aastha and goes to meet her, but Aastha recognises her and called her "nani-bua" but Simran and Sid stop Aastha from learning the bitter truth(Simran is not her biological mother)
- Holi epiosde - Urmi has a new post as C.E.O at ACH(Aastha Children Hospital), 2 NRI's from London Divya and Victor come home to play Hoil with their childhood friend Sid(they met in the US, when Manas migrated from India to US), Simran gets an illusion that Divya looks like her long-lost daughter Aastha(but shes not!), Another thing Shankar(Shaguna's hubby) is free from jail
- Aastha fails badly in her exams, study, as she wants to become a doctor like Simran(Neha's final wish) but still tries hard(many ups and downs with Aastha and Simran)
- Some professor tries to rape another girl called Zareena, Aadtha's friend, yet trials and tribulations as Aastha is rustocated by college, she still fights back justice for Zareena and the professor is suspended
- Divya and Victor go to Goa to see Anand, as they are a major fan of his book "Attraction" and many others, it turns like that the driver(Dilip) is nothing but a murderer and a thief. Convinces Divya n Victor to see Anand, but this is not Anand, but Dilip's partner-in-crime(Virender) kills Victor and rapes Divya, and takes all the personal bellonging and money from Divya and Victor, but before Divya's death she gave a voicemail to Sia, her best friend in London, she said "SIA WHERE IN CRISIS, THERES NOBODY TO HELP US, ANAND IS A CROOK, HE IS A FRAUD"
- Simran learns that Divya and Victor are dead, which makes Sid very upset
- Sia receives the voicemail, she goes to Goa to punish Anand, for the murder of her friends. Her mobile is missing from a taxi, but gets it back soon, Checks in a hotel in Goa, Sia learns of Anand's publishers but she follows them even going to Anand's home, where Anand is a very peace, calm man nothing but.... ABHI!
- Sia meets Abhi(many ups and downs) learns Anand is a peace man, so why will he kill 2 NRI's, but finally takes some evidence of Anand but no avail
- Sia goes to Mumbai to meet Sid and Simran, shows all the possible evidence, but Sid and Sia go back to Goa and there they find a girl holding Divya's bag, so they follow her, do a false offer for the girl to do film-acting, but her father(Dilip) comes and finds out that hes in trouble so the police arrive and capture Dilip and Virender
- Sia feels so sorry for Anand so she meets Anand everyday, until she falls in love with Anand(45) and Sia(20) a 25-year-old gap(father-daughter realtionship gap) Gets rejected by Anand, and Sia returns back to London, but before she does she sees her dead-father outside a travel agent, who rejected Sia's mother
- Sid falls in love with Sia, without Sia recognising
- Sia returns to London, therefore we see Aastha's kidnapper Archana(refer back 18 years ago in London) she turns out to be friendly as she expains that Sia is not her daughter, her real child died at birth, so she kidnapped Sia(when she was 2) and this is why Archana's hubby ditched her
- Sia gets nightmares that her real mother sold her with money, she explains it to Sid and Simran
