Hey guys, I'm thinking Neha will most likely end up dying in the show. Since she is pregnant, who knows maybe she may go through complications and you know what. I'm sure there will be a new twist in the story.

I also think that Neha will go through complications but Dr. Simran will help her deliver her child. Abhi and Neha will be happy with their child and Simran will move on. 😭

yeah Zaun i think she will end up dyin too while givin birth 😭and den abhi will go back to simran and dey will end up together in the end....i think neha just came into e pict to change abhi into a better man....
