I really am surprised and do appreciate the fact that inspite of being born and brought up outside of India, u still can speak ur mother tongue and love India.

I say this because, here in the US I have met so many ABCDs who can't or rather won't speak in anything other than American English. They Do Not want to visit India and somehow tries to shed off their Indian roots completely. This thing really hurts me. I have a 18 month old daughter, and I fear how she will feel abt. her Indian roots.

Ya, I can understand how u feel....perhaps if you "worship" the motherland from the start, always speak highly of it in front of her, and take her there when u can, then it'll create the right impression on her mind? Only a suggestion, and hope u don't mind..😊

What do u like/love best abt. UK?

hmmmm.....there is a lot actually, but the first things that come to mind is that anyone that wants to get educated can get it....everyone gets a roof over their head....so. e.g., I know lots of people come here for various reasons from elsewhere, such as India and other places, then don't work cos they give the governement a wide variety of reasons, and let the government look after them....now I don't like this, I don't condone it in the slightest...but I also think this is jsut incredible that a governement anywhere in the world can promise it's people to provide with "roti,kapadaa aur makaan"....so this is something I really respect/like/love about UK....as i said there is more, but jsut can't recall at the moment....😛

hmmmm, I have mentioned elsewhere, but I suppose one the main things was her patience and awesome understanding...sometimes it was a bit too much but generally excellent...didn't like her being sooooo trusting though...😉....(won't mention her beauty again😉)
