How is it working with the Astitva team?
It is a great learning experience for me. I consider myself lucky to have had the opportunity of working with such talented people. Everybody makes me feel at home.

You must have learned a thing or two about controversies too?
Well, the issue about Niki's behaviour on the sets was blown out of proportions. We are just novices so if an experienced person gives us some advice, we should take it in the right spirit instead of making a hue and cry about it. I am glad I wasn't part of it.

How well do you identify with Sia?
I think playing Sia is very challenging. She is a rather headstrong girl and in that respect, I'm like her. But she is too good to be true so I have to work extra hard to pump her character and make it more believable.

Besides Astitva, what else is on your agenda?
I have my hands full with the show right now. I am shooting for twenty days in a month and am happy with it. However, if any good show is offered to me, I don't mind playing the lead in it.

Is there a role that you would die for?
Well, there is but not on Indian television. There used to be show called 24 on AXN, which I really liked. If something on those lines is offered to me, I would be more than happy to take it up.

Work apart, what are you upto?
Nothing much. Whenever I get any free time, I just chill with friends. I have not had the time or inclination to have a love life. Plus, there are no interesting guys around so I am enjoying my single status.
