I have very basic questions:

I was born in India but I was mostly brought up in UK.

-How did you get into IF?

I know it sounds clichd but its true, that while searching for a certain article, I happened to come across IF and ever since, I've been addicted to this site.

-Do you watch Indian serials?

I only watch Astitva with interest.😊

-What other serials do you watch?

Most of the time, my mom watches Kusum, KavyAnjali, Piya Ka Ghar, etc and sometimes, I join her but I don't really enjoy them as much as I enjoy Astitva.

-Which one you like the best and why?

I like Astitva the best because it has such an emotional and intense storyline (at least it used to be that way before😊) Also, I find the characters of Simran and Abhi to be very appealing.

-What else do you like about being Indian? (like clothes, food etc???)

That's a great question, I love being an Indian for so many reasons, it would take me forever to list them all! I don't want to bore you😳 but I'll say this much: I love India and I really love the unity that our people have, and I love our clothing designs and of course, I'm crazy about Indian food!😊

-Why did you choose Law?

I chose law mainly because this is the profession my father and his family are into. Besides that, I have always wanted to be like my father so I'm trying to follow in his footsteps😊

You are in the law field, does it affect your daily life? I'm asking coz our lawyer, even in his casual talks, you can tell that he is a lawyer.. 😉 He keeps analysing stuff from legal point of view.. so, what about you? 😊

That's a great question and it holds true for me to some extent😊 Sometimes, I do tend to look at things from a legal viewpoint, like you said about your lawyer. Being in the law field has changed my outlook of life and now, I think twice before doing something. So, I can say that it has definitely affected my daily life😊

I am from Delhi. In the beginning, we used to visit India every year but as years passed by, me and my brother got busy with our studies and it became difficult for us to visit India every year. But occasionally, we do visit India because we can't stay away from our relatives and our home for too long😊

I watch both Hindi and English movies, I watch practically every movie that releases. I have an unlimited number of favourite movies but from recent movies, I really enjoyed Bend it like Beckham, Hum Tum, Black, The Wedding Crashers, North Country, The Exorcism of Emily Rose, etc.

I chose to major in law because my father practices law and I've grown up in a family who is very much a part of this profession. So from an early age, I didn't really get any other option to explore other fields, I was stuck with law😛

I hope I answer your question right sukh. I'm not exactly a philosophical person😳 Even I ask myself this question. Sometimes, I say that life is completely unfair to me (especially when things are not going my way😆) But when I look at the bigger picture, I realize that there are many who are less fortunate than me and that makes me appreciate my life. But I guess it is part of human nature to blame life in order to justify why certain things happen to us.

-do u think law is the best proffession then being a doctor or anything?.

Actually, I think this depends on the perspective of different people. For me and my family, law is the best profession. This is of course based on my view but someone else might believe that being a doctor or engineer is the best profession and I totally respect that.
