I agree with you; most Asian countries treat their women like a trash; others treat them like a commodity to be passed from Father to husband. There are few exception though like the 7 sisters of the northeastern state of India. They treat their women with respect since they are more maternal; and these states do not ask dowry from their women; rather parents gave stree dhan when their daughter married off.

Nahh Indians are also into beauty. Having a fair skin is such a big deal there. Especially Punjabis. They are not too fond of dark skin I believe 🤔

I am asking cause from what I heard it's too fond of fair skin and whitening product. So, I was just making sure.
