Well until people take a stand against it, it will continue.Each country has their own laws and only the people can lead the reforms, so they would have to speak up against it. Yeah I think most parents would be able to but then again most parents would want to help their child achieve their dream, and I doubt big corporations would negotiate for a trainee.

Thats the thing they dont really lose out because if fans dont buy the artists work they disband them and then the fans wont have the music they like so much, but the company will just generate a new group, its an infinite loop.

I hope and pray that soon, very soon they will. All of this going on in their entertainment industries, with one of the biggest companies there, it does not reflect well at all :( But I think a parent would want the best for their child and they'd see how unfair the terms are. It's not like SM is the only company producing bands. There are other companies too to try their luck at.

You're right 😕 But still, their already established bands and their fans would generate profit more than launching whole new bands and waiting for them to catch on and gain fans themselves. So if, say, Shawols and Sones began to stop buying, then they would likely notice. But as of now, nobody other than Hangeng and JYJ have seriously complained, so I guess majority of the other SM bands' fans wouldn't care.

Yeah I thought it was Yoochun too, and then I checked AllKPop and realised they edited the article after I had posted it here 😆 I put the edited version there now

Yeah we were talking about them, I totally agree with you they are amazing. I love how they are quite unique compared to other girl groups

JYJ's Yoochun : "Things may be reconciled over time…"

JYJ's Park Yoochun recently opened up about TVXQ recently, and his words are causing quite the buzz among netizens.

Yoochun recently posed for Star style magazine High Cut and during his interview, he opened up about the conflicts between JYJ (Junsu, Yoochun, Jaejoong) and TVXQ (Yunho, Changmin). It is quite rare for any of the singers to talk about the discord between the five, but in regards to their unresolved conflicts he said, "There was a lot to think about and a lot we needed to compromise, but now the issue has become so huge that it cannot be resolved even if someone steps in to be the bigger person… but no matter what happens, I think it could possibly be reconciled over time".

Yoochun surprised his fans by transforming into an edgy and chic image for his 'High Cut' photo shoot. Fans can check out the rest of his pictorials in the 64th edition of High Cut Magazine.

I agree parents do want the best for their kids but surely if they were that against it they'd make them leave. There's 2 possible reason they could be getting away with it, 1. All companies have similiar contract terms (but the other companies treat their trainees better or no one has said anything bad about it the way they have for SME) or 2. As SME is one of the biggest companies and their children have a better chance of achieving their dream

Yeah I agree they would lose alot of profit if the bigger grops were disbanded but I guess thasts the reason they keep churning out group after group, it kind of evens the playing field if they lose one of the big money makers.

Oh, I don't want to believe the first reason The second truly is what makes all trainees gravitate towards these guys. Who wouldn't want to be as famous as DBSK, SNSD, SHINee, etc? I guess some parents would overlook the contract terms and just see the glamour and fame 😕

You're right, but I still somewhat hope it would have a bit of an effect on them and how they go about their business.
