Mirage Part 7

Arjun-Sakshi got married.All were happy except Anju.

Anju was irritated.

She said in her mind:Enjoy the wedding.But I will notlet you celebrate first night.

Sakshi sat on the bed as a shy bride.
SAKSHI:Arjunwho was my best friend is my husband now.Now our nuptial night too.

Arjun entered the roomsmiling at her.She blushed.Arjun sat close to her.Anju removed the fuse with an evil smile.

Anju:Now how will you both enjoy?

Suddenly Arjun-Sakshi’s room becamedark.

Arjun:What the!Only now they cut electricity?I willkill them.

Sakshi smiled:Calm down Arjun.What if the light isnot there?Our love is there?

He smiled.She blushed.

He lit a candle and came closer to her.

They surrendered to each other with passionate love.

The next morning...
Anju went towards Arjun-Sakshi's room happily.
Anju:Poor guys must have slept after the first night failure.
She peeped into the room through the hole at the door.
She was shocked.
Sakshi's and Arjun's wedding attires were lying down and they both weresleeping close to each other under the blanket.
Anju:How did this happen?Why always my attempts are failing?Now onwards I won'tfail.

Sashi-Garima returned to US.

Anju started pretending to be sweet to Arjun and Sakshi.It surprised them.
Anju:Sorry Arjun.I realized how cruel I was to you.Please forgive your di.
Arjun:No di.Please don't say so.You are always my sweetest di.
Sakshi was happy.

Days passed...
Sakshi told Anju:Di...Arjun is sleeping.Please tell Arjun that Iam going tomeet my cousin who came from UK in the morning.
Anju:Ok.
Sakshi went out.
Arjun searched for Sakshi when he woke up.He called Sakshi.But it was switchedoff.
Arjun:Di...did you see Sakshi?
Anju:No Arjun.
He was restless:Where is my Sakshi?
He went out panting in search of Sakshi.Anju smirked.
The whole day he searched for Sakshi.At night he cried drenched in rain.
Losing all hope Arjun became numb for a few seconds.

At 11 0' clock he rang to the house.
Devayani:Arjun,where are you?Sakshi has been waiting for you so long.
He was relieved and excited.He rushed to home.
He was happy seeing Sakshi.
Arjun:Sakshi,where were you?I searched for you everywhere and your phone was switchedoff.
SAKSHI:Sorry Arjun.My mobile didn't have charge.And I went to meet my cousinLolo who came from UK.You didn't know that?
Arjun:No Sakshi.I became so upset.
SAKSHI:Don't worry Arjun.Now onwards I will not go out without informing you.

She dried his wet hair with towel.
Arjun became very emotional wile looking at her deeply.
Arjun:Sakshi...when you are not there with me,life becomes impossible for me.

Sakshi became upset:Sorry Arjun.I will never go awayfrom you.Promise.

They embraced each other emotionally.

Sakshi went to Anju.
SAKSHI:Di,why didn't you tell Arjun that I went to meet my cousin?
Anju stammered:I didn't see him in the morning.I had gone to temple when hewoke up.
SAKSHI:Ok.
Sakshi thought:Why do I feel Anju di is lying?Her sudden change in behavioritself is making me doubtful.Maybe I am thinking too much.

Anju said in her mind:I will keep troubling you both Sakshi.This was just asmall dose.The next is going to be terrible.You both are going to be separatedforever.
