Arjun was called to give the report card.
The teacher patted him:Congrats Arjun.There is a vast improvement in you.Youwon 70% marks.
Arjun was surprised.He was very happy.
Sakshi was very happy for him:Congrats Arjun.

Arjun:Thank you so much Sakshi.It's all because of you.
SAKSHI:No,it's because you worked hard.

All the Rawtes were very happy.Anju was shocked.
She thought:How did this duffer score 70%?
Arvind hugged Arjun:Congrats beta.I am proud of you.

Arvind,Devayani and Anushka smiled.
Arvind:Let's invite the Guptas for dinner to celebrate.
Anu:Nice idea.

Anuskha was in the kitchen.Arjun hugged from back.
Anu:You are so happy today?Because Sakshi is coming here for dinner.Right?

Arjun smiled:Yes Maa.She is the only friend I have.Please maketasty food for her.

Anu:Ok beta...agreed.
They smiled.

The Guptas came with Sakshi for dinner.Arjun was very happy,so as Sakshi.
They sat for dinner.Sakshi smiled at Anju.Anju turned off her face in angerhurting Sakshi.
Arjun:Di...didn't you see Sakshi?

Anju stared at Sakshi:Yes.
Arjun-Sakshi felt bad.
Arjun whispered:Sakshi,don't feel bad about di's behavior.
SAKSHI:It's ok Arjun.

A few days later....
Arjun prepared a project.Anju who entered Arjun's room in his absence took hisproject.
Anju:I will destroy this.Let me how you are going to get internal marks.
Anju was about to tear it.Suddenly Sakshi held her hand.Anju was shocked.
Sakshi took it from her.
She stared at Anju:Di....I know that you have never loved Arjun though he lovesyou a lot.But don't be so cruel to him.If so,I may even forget that you are hissister.When I am there don't think you can ever hurt Arjun.

Anju was shocked by her boldness.

After a few days....
Arjun was absent in the class.Sakshi relly felt sad without him in school.Shewent to RM in the evening.
She saw Devayani.
SAKSHI:Dadi...Where is Arjun?
D:Arjun is sick.That's why he didn't go to school.
Sakshi went to his room where Arvind and Anushka were forcing Arjun to havemedicine and he was refusing to have it.
SAKSHI:Arjun....if you don't have medicine, I will not talk to you.
Arjun:No Sakshi.Don't say so.I will have medicine.
Arjun had medicine.
Anushka:Wow Sakshi.His parents couldn't make him have medicine.But when youtold him to have medicine he had it immediately.
Sakshi smiled.
Arjun fell asleep.Sakshi covered him with the blanket.

Arvind and Anushka smiled.
When Sakshi left Arvind told Anushka:Sakshi is so mature.She is looking afterhim so well.It will be so nice if Sakshi comes to our house permanently asArjun's wife.
Anushka smiled:That would be nice.But it's too early to say that.Now they aresmall.
Anju who over heard it got angry.

Arjun-Sakshi's friendship became stronger and stronger.Arjun's happy days didnot last long.
Arvind-Anushka met with an accident.Arvind died on the spot.
Anushka was bed ridden for days counting her days.Arjun couldn't bear pain.
Anushka:Arjun...don't cry.If I go away from you....
Arjun:No Maa.Don't say like that.

Anu:Even if I go away from you me and your father will watch you fromheaven.You won't be alone.Dadi is there and Anju will start loving you.
Anju who overheard this smirked:I will never love Arjun.He is only my stepbrother.
Anu:And Sakshi is there for you.She will never let your eyes be wet.
Slowly Anushka closed her eyes.Arjun screamed:Maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
Sakshi and Devayani came inside weeping.Sakshi hugged Arjun to console him.
Anju smiled:Your mother took over my mother's position taking advantage of mydad's situation.God punished her for that.
Arjun was really hurt.
Devayani:Anju....stop it please.Arjun is already upset.Don't make him moreupset.

Anju:Dadi...you were always worried for Arjun.Not for me.

Anju left the room angrily.

Arjun was in heavy depression taking treatment.
Shashi got transferred to US.Sakshi was sad to leave Arjun.
SAKSHI:Babuji...I can't leave Arjun alone in this condition.He will be aloneand his condition will worsen.
S:But we can't leave you alone here.

Sakshi shed tears:Please babuji..
Sh:Don't worry Sakshi.We can take Arjun along with us.
Sakshi was very happy.

Devayani gave them the approval to take Arjun to US.
D:I want my Arjun to be happy.Only with Sakshi he can be happy.
They flew to US with Arjun making Anju irritated.
Anju:Why always God is giving happiness to Arjun?

Arjun found the new place strange.
Sakshi showed him their house.
SAKSHI:Arjun...that is our house.

We will always be happy there.
Arjun smiled slightly.


Arjun got nightmares about his parents and screamed in his sleep.Hearing himscream Sakshi came to his room.He hugged him to comfort him.
SAKSHI:No Arjun...no...
Arjun fell asleep on her shoulder.

Shashi took Arjun to the psychiatrist and after some months Arjun got rid ofdepression.

Arjun resumed schooling in US.He got admission in Sakshi's school.Arjun wasnervous.But Sakshi gave him strength by taking him to school and introducinghim to everyone.

After schooling they joined the same university also.Arjun did businessstudies.

Arjun got restless not seeing Sakshi around him.
Arjun:Where is this Sakshi?

He searched for Sakshi.
Arjun:Sakshiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii...
In the crowd he saw her eyes.
