Seeing the direction of the car moving in opposite of their home towards outskirt of the city. Confused Riya asked looking at him "Where are we going? Weren't we going home?"

Arjun look at her silently before turning his gaze back to road and smirked knowing soon her reaction will be changed.

And he was very right...

As after few more minutes of drive Arjun heard a loud excited squeal beside him and he smiled widely on seeing his Riya beaming and squealing like a small child in happiness on venturing new something new.

"Wow!"

"Look they are glowing!"

"OMG!! It looks like a dream world."

"Awww! Lake view cottage!?"

"Arjun look na! there is beautiful cottage. Please please please let's go there na. Only for few minutes, promise!"

Opening her side window, Riya was squeaking every moment on seeing the beauty. She thought Arjun wouldn't stop here at this time of night, especially now when she had to be very careful. So she is begging him to stop there just for few moment.

But soon her screaming stop and silence of astonishment spread inside the car as realisation dawn at her that forget about not stopping, the car is going in the direction of the same lake view cottage and soon stopped infront of it.

Turning towards her, Arjun forwarded his hand which held keys with a key-ring of L N Cottage attached i.e none other than the same cottage. Not able to take the surprise, Riya asked agitatedly "What is this? What are we doing here? What's with the keys? Ye ho kya raha hai, just tell me already?"

Amused Arjun chuckled at her words and said "Looks like mood swings does happen is pregnancy!?"

Riya glared at him for changing the topic, so containing his amazement Arjun came out of the car and went to her side before helping her out carefully. Then putting the keys in her hands, he entwined their hands and said lovingly "Riyu, I bought this cottage few weeks back as I want to give you a gift for coming in my life. Though the way we got married in pretence of a case in court, then to fulfill your dream of real marriage in temple. All of it happened so suddenly that I wasn't able to give you something memorable. So two weeks back I bought this cottage after alot of thinking to give you this on our anniversary but today after hearing the beautiful news I just wished to bring you here and celebrate this special day."

With tears of shock in her eyes, Riya asked "Just to celebrate and make our anniversary and this day special you bought this cottage. It must be very expensive!?"

"Not more than you!" Said Arjun, wiping her tears. Pecking her forehead, he added firmly "Never, I repeat never belittle yourself or our love for such unimportant things! Got it?"

Sniffing, she nodded her head before hugging him tightly whispering "Thankyou and I love you so much."

Arjun smiled and asked raising his eyebrows "Weren't you going to see the place for which you were screaming from past few minutes?"

She nodded her head breaking the hug and said "Yes! But..."

"Relax! Cottage is clean and without dust with much needed food items and necessary toiletries along with few of our clothes, as I brought some here just in case we planned to spent a night or two. So just go and freshened up. I had ask Gaurav our security guard to clean it the moment I heard the doctor."

Arjun said softly, putting a strand of her hair behind her ears.

Getting all the more excited Riya jumped inside the cottage to check it out and get freshened up as Arjun ask her to do. Whereas Arjun walk outside and came back after few minutes with a glass jar and put the jar at the table settled for dinner in backyard garder beside lake.

Soon everything was ready as per the plan, he went inside to change into something comfortable and saw Riya roaming in the cottage in amusement like a butterfly. As cottage has mostly wooden items like furniture, dark wooden stairs, slight brownish kitchen, etc. In all the whole cottage gives a beautiful look of a village of hilly areas with modern blend.

Arjun came and hugged her from behind whispering "So how is it?"

Riya turned in his arms and said "It is amazing. We are going to spend our every Saturday night and Sunday morning here. It is so lovely."

Arjun smiled satisfied and asked "Is it? You know Riyu I was so nervous thinking, would you like it or not. Will it be a good thing to give you.?"

Riya smiled amusedly on hearing his rant before asking "Why? Why were you so nervous? I mean ACP Arjun Rawte who can easily caught a criminal from many suspects, Is nervous about gift. Really?"

Arjun sighed "Oh come on Riyu! Selecting a gift and catching a criminal and gifting to your love is two different things alright. I am always worst in selecting or choosing something. Even things related to house were always chosen by Sam then Rosh. Shadi ke baad Ghar bhi Roshini ki pasand se liya tha kyun ki mujhe kuch bhi khas farq pata hi nahi chalta hai. So this cottage is my first ever choice then I had to be nervous na!?"

"No, you don't need to be nervous as this cottage is going to be our own personal heaven and I am going to maintain its beauty as it is. It's a most lovely, beautiful gift and amazing place to live." Riya said circling her arms around his neck.

Smilingly, Arjun pecked her and said "Okay! So now let's celebrate the arrival of the symbol of our love."

Saying so Arjun dragged Riya to the garden and what she saw stunned her to the core.

There, she saw a beautiful garden beside lake which is shining due to moonlight and on the shore of the lake, a table with two chairs were set up under a canopy of net to protect them from the mosquitos. The table was filled with few of her favourite dishes and aromatic candles were lit up.

Arjun drag her and made her sit inside the net before getting out of it and said gazing at her lovingly "Riyu, as I want us to celebrate this special night alone and away from the hustle bustle of the city. So here we are, together with our to be born baby. And I wanted to fill the table with all of your favourite dishes but I didn't as I know you wouldn't be able to eat everything and you too know that i am not a fan of wasting food. I can't even put it in words about how much happy I am. Thankyou so much love for coming back in life, for loving me so much and for giving me this beautiful news. I love you so much."

With tear-filled eyes, Riya said softly "I love you too, Arjun. I love you too. Thankyou for giving me this amazing surprise." To lighten the intense atmosphere, she added "Now please come in, you know na, I shouldn't be hungry for this long. And after seeing my favourite dishes my hunger increased ten-fold."

Chuckling, Arjun said "Yes, just one minute." Saying so he went inside the cottage and switched off the bulb which was slightly illuminated the garden. And came back infront of the canopy with a jar in his hand.

He kept it on the ground near canopy and went inside the canopy after opening the lid of the jar.

Riya gasped loudly with her eyes widen as the dark garden, which was illuminated with slight moonlight and candles, is now brightly glowing by a bunch of fireflies which were uptil now inside the jar. Fireflies surround the canopy, decorating it like fairy lights.

Arjun pecked her cheek to brought her out of her awestruck state and said with smile "Now that you are really in your dream world, can we have our dinner? I don't want my baby to be kept hungry!"

They had their dinner and spend the whole night there at the cottage.

After getting up, they had their breakfast and went to ETF. Shree and Liza were already there as they had completed there findings. And as soon as Arjun and Riya reached inside the conference room, Shree spoke up after greeting them.

"Sir, there was no such incident or accident which can be labelled as traumatic."

"Yes sir, but there was something which they were hiding from outsiders. I don't know exactly what, lekin jab mai disguise mei information collect karne gyi tou by their way of conversations and changing topic, I felt that there was something which they were trying to hide." Liza added her findings.

"Humein pata hai wo kya chupa rahe the." Everyone turned towards the door and saw Chotu and Sakshi standing there with a file in their hands.
