PART 32 (a)
Shree spoke up after greeting them.
"Sir, there was no such incident or accident which can be labelled as traumatic."
"Yes sir, but there was something which they were hiding from outsiders. I don't know exactly what, lekin jab mai disguise mei information collect karne gyi tou by their way of conversations and changing topic, I felt that there was something which they were trying to hide." Liza added her findings.
"Humein pata hai wo kya chupa rahe the." Everyone turned towards the door and saw Chotu and Sakshi standing there with a file in their hands.
"Chotu, Sakshi! What did you found?" Liza asked curiously.
Sakshi said while taking a bite from her Vada Pau which she brought with her.
"Arjun as per your order, we went to check health background of Ritwik and found nothing suspecious according to his office records bu..." She was interrupted by the shrill ringtone of Liza's cellphone.
Muttering"Sorry", Liza went to a corner and recieved the call after seeing the caller ID displayed Ayesha's name.
Meanwhile, Chotu added while taking his chair. "Lekin Sakshi ke kehne par humne uske school ke health records check karne ke baare mei socha."
On the call, Liza told Ayesha about they being in the middle of a case investigation and she will talk later but her words got cut off by Sameer who ask her to put the call on speaker as they also want to hear the case findings. So putting on the speaker mode, she kept her mobile on table and took her seat.
"And guess what it's a BINGO!" Sakshi exclaimed.
"Aisa kya pata chala tum logon Ko?" Shree asked.
"That Ritwik was a patient of a psychiatrist." Arjun said slowly while his mind has already started to connect all the dots.
"Woah! Tumhe kaise pata chala?" Sakshi asked surprised.
While Riya added her words, still deeply engrossed in thoughts "Right, it means Ritwik is the killer. He must have been through some kind of molestation. That's why that room was full of violence and vibrating so psychopathically intense emotions in those drawings and pictures."
Everyone got stunned including Arjun, they were looking at Riya as if she has grown horns. As uptil now Shree has read the reports Chotu and Sakshi has collected, so he put forth his questions while giving words to the query of each person present there.
"Ri, Arjun Sir ka absolute guess work tou hum dekh chuke hain but tu kabse unhi ki tarah. Hum jaante hai tu Arjun sir ki wife hai aur unke investigating pattern ki bohut badi fan lekin teri yeh statistical thinking kabse samjhe ya Samjhaoun mei change hogyi?" Shree asked with wide eyes while Arjun gave him a glare.
Others also nod their head affirming that they have the same question in their mind. Their astonished stares made Riya conscious and she blushed lowering her eyes being shy and embarassed.
Seeing her state, Arjun chuckled before adding very softly "It's bound to be happen."
Now everyone gave curious glance to Arjun while Riya caught the underlying meanings of his words and shook her head vigorously in no.
"What do you mean by that Arjun?" Sakshi asked.
Throwing a proud smirk at Riya, Arjun said "Kya hai na, I never step back in leaving my habits on others especially on my closed ones then she is my wife."
His word confused everyone so they turned towards Riya questioningly. Chotu asked confusedly "Haila! Ri tu hi bata na yeh Arjun sir kon si paheli bhuja rahe hain.? Aj tou Rathod sir bhi nahi hamari madad karne ke liye."
Riya put her head on the table to hide her red face from others while biting her lips in embarrassment.
"Team! It's very simple. Hum bas kuch hi mahine piche hain do-do Samjhe ya Samjhaoun sunne ke liye." Exclaimed a familiar voice out of nowhere, surprising everyone.
Scared Chotu exclaimed "Rathod Sir!?"
Liza remembered them being on call and gestured everyone towards her cellphone. Chotu exhale a deep breath before realisation dawn upon him while others were already looking at Arjun and Riya with their wide-open eyes.
"What!?" They exclaimed in unison.
While Riya was thinking of digging the ground beneath her to hide herself whereas Arjun smirked looking at Liza's cellphone.
As thinking their "what!?" a question, Sameer elaborate the meaning of Arjun's words.
"It's means we are going to have junior Rawte." Even through mobile, his voice enhanced the wide smile Sameer had at the moment.
"Aww, Congratulations Arjun sir and Riya." Ayesha greeted happily from the other side of the phone.
Smiling widely, Arjun said chuckling "Thanks Ayesha. And Sam looks like you started to understand my riddles, huh!"
"Shut up! And yeah take care of Riya until we were back, got it?" Sameer chidded. "Okay we are leaving for lunch, will talk later. Take care everyone." Saying so he hanged the call while others were smiling on seeing the beautiful bond of their Arjun sir and Rathod Sir.
Shree drag Riya out of her chair and hugged her tightly with a wide smile, he exclaimed "Congrats, Ri. I am so happy for you."
Soon everyone congrats Riya and Arjun expressing their happiness before getting back to the case as Sakshi teased "It means when time comes we might hear two Damn it, huh!?"
Chuckling loudly everyone went back to their findings.
"Okay, so guys what do we have here?" Arjun asked.
Sakshi said "We know Ritwik has mentally unfit childhood, he was treated by psychiatrist Dr. S.P. Chawla. His school management send him to the psychiatrist after observing his frequent fights and violent behaviour in school."
Chotu added "His parents had send him to a boarding school after his regular suspensions from his earlier school because of these violent behaviour. They even used every means like not giving food, scolding, beating, etc to teach him non-violence and kind social behaviour."
"What did Dr. Chawla said about his behaviour?" Riya asked looking at the reports.
"Yeah! We went to meet and...
Flashback
"Yes, please have a seat. How can I help you?" Dr S.P. Chawla asked politely.
"Doctor we want a detail history of your former patients." Sakshi told the purpose of their visit.
"What? I am sorry. But it's illegal, we can't share the details of our patients to anyone." Doctor exclaimed shaking his head.
"Doctor, we are from ETF and we have a warrant with us. Two families were killed in a same pattern and one of them is your patient's family, please we need your corporation to solve this case." Chotu said.
"Okay, what is the name of the patient?" Dr. Chawla agreed.
"We want the case history of Ritwik Mishra." Sakshi said.
"Oh, Ritwik! Poor guy, he went through alot in his childhood now he lost his parents it is very sad. But his parents were people not everyone wish to have one. They were so blinded with their society status and image that they didn't look at their kid's pain and sorrow." Doctor said with sympathy before adding with a sigh.
"In one of the therapy he shared his pain with me. It's was festival of joy and colours- holi and he and his family went to a holi party at their neighbourhood, there was colour everywhere so he couldn't recognise his father and one man of his father's age took him inside a room and harrassed him sexually, he was merely 8 years old then. Having face such incident in his tender age traumatized him of every male species causing him to always clingy with his mother. On being pressurized he told his parents about him being molested which shocked them and instead of worrying about their kid they were scared society and it's taunt. So to hide the thing, they force their son to be normal and send school by force- keeping him hungry, scolding, beating him. They neglect his deteriorating health and mental stability which in turn caused him to become over aggressive and violent kid. But after seven years of therapy session with me, he was out of his trauma. He was doing great job in his academics and recently he was settled in his life, he informed me. Then why are you asking me about it."
"Uh! It's nothing Doctor, we were investigating the murder case of Ritwik's family so we need some information that's it. Thankyou for your corporation."
Flashback End..
"It means Ritwik wasn't absolutely fine but pretend as he was sowing a seed of revenge against his parents." Riya concluded.
"He faced the trauma in holi, so those colours on/around dead bodies enlightened his hatred towards holi and colours." Liza added.
"Aur haan, Arjun as you said we cross checked from local police and yes, their main suspect of Mishra murder case was Ritwik due to his unapproved aliby but after murder of Sethi family they couldn't link Ritwik with that and the murders were given the name of serial killings." Sakshi told remembering about it.
"Which means to prevent being caught and to erase his name from police suspects list, he proved his family's murderer is some psychopath serial killer by killing Sethi family in same pattern." Arjun explained.
"But Sir, the informations we have uptil now though gives us the motive, reason and the pattern used by Ritwik to kill both the family but we don't have any proof or witness to prove him guilty." Shree said.
"Yes Sir, how are we going to prove him the culprit?" Chotu asked in tension.
"We have to caught him red hand." Arjun exclaimed twisting his pen.
"But how?" Liza asked confused.
"Ofcourse, by the same way which local police did earlier. Haina Arjun!?" Riya exclaimed excitedly.
Arjun raised his eyebrows amusedly while others chuckled.
"Seriously Riya, you are proving Sam's predictions true." Arjun said before adding on a serious note. "Yes, Chotu go and arrest Ritwik."
"This way Ritwik will again try to prove himself non-guilty, by show casing another murder of a family in the same pattern." Riya explained.
Now everyone said "Ri/ Riya!?" And look at her with weird look as if asking 'What has gotten into her that she is completing every sentence and orders of Arjun?'
"What!? Woh pehli baar mujhe unke bina bataye sab samajh aa raha hai, so I got excited. That's it." Riya replied with a pout innocently, causing everyone to chuckle at her craziness.
"Oh God! Nooo!! Chotu, how we wished to have little Riya but here it's proved we will have bear another SYS." Shree cried dramatically.
