Yeah me again with another short Os.
During the first 3 years of college not once did I ''hooked up'' with someone.
I had plenty of crushes & Dates. But nothing ever led to anything more than some making out.
Then there was Arjun. I had many classes with him & always found him very charming.
However, I never got up the nerve to ask him out, One afternoon during my last year.
I was at the party when Arjun approached me. To my surprise he was utterly sober, as was I.
He asked me if I wanted to find somewhere to talk seeing as how the party was packed & noisy.
I agreed and we left the party & started on a walk around the campus. The night was cool & crisp -
crunching through the newly fallen leaves we talked about what we were planning to do after
college & such_
We got nearer to a desolate part of campus to an open field. He asked me if I wanted to watch for shooting stars.
As we lay down, Arjun expressed to me how he has noticed me all these years and didn't think
that I had any interest in him.
I was shocked and told him how I felt that I could never approach him as well. I had always felt a strange connection to him and he said he felt the same way.
Neither one of us had ever found anyone we could connect with on another level. I sat up so did
he.
We sat there underneath the darkened sky in the field of moistened grass and felt the electricity between us building.
Leaning forward, Arjun reached for me and kissed me tenderly. My fingers lingered on the back
of his neck, Sparks began to fly as we passionately kissed under the starlight,
Not a soul was around and I started to kiss arjun neck, smelling his sweet scent. Not being able to wat any longer I pulled Arjun gently on top of my warm body.
He was truly genuine and although we had just got together that evening, I knew we both felt the same way.
Our bodies relaxed and Arjun looked down at me and brushed the hair out of my face, Still
on me he leaned down and kissed my cheeks, my chin, my ears, my lips.
Looking deep into my eyes I knew who he was, I knew everything about him without even asking.
This was my Soul Mate
We stay there that evening under the stars on the moistened grass in the vast field...
