Same day Delhi, Shree's room... present...

"Liza ka bhi..." those words tht Sameer said about keeping a tab on her were stuck to Shree's mind.

As he slept... or rather tried to sleep on the bed he constantly got flashes of her...

The first sign of love... he grinned as he remembered her reaction when he followed her into the lab and Arjun stopped him...

Five months back (Sakshi had gone home and Arjun was finding for her... it was the same day Arjun got to know about Sakshi's past)

Shree's POV

I was running towards the lab when Arjun sir stopped me "Shree...kuch pata hai ke Sakshi kaha gayi hai?"

"Sir, pata nahi..."I mumbled looking towards the lab while answering Arjun.

"Shree, fine go to the lab, I wont halt you further." Arjun sir left leaving me behind slightly baffled and embarrassed.

But I didn't care... what I was hoping for... I should just go!

I entered the lab to find Liza but she was no where to be seen... then on the other side a small light flickered from a room...

Yup that's where Liza makes her report...

I quickly went there and saw Liza switching on and off a single light... I slightly chuckled out of nervousness... arrey.. bhoi ki paabo na? (won't I be a bit scared?)

"Liza..." He said

It immediately brought her out of her trance... she quickly wiped her tears and said

"Kya hua Shree? Tum yaha? Sab ko goodbye kehne aaye ho... fine... umm bye." Liza quickly said.

Shree the name sounded so good from her

"Oye Specky" *tsch! back to Specky!* "aisa mere chehre ko kya ghoor raha hai.. bye kaha na... ab kya poori baarat laoon bye ke liye..." and I guess Liza spoke on and on

Then I just walked up to her and closed her mouth with my palm

That was romantic... well I was almost getting a mini heart attack - Oh Maa Durga! She immediately quietened and lowered her gaze

"Majnu sir - yaani Rathore sir, respect... ab pata chala ki kyun aapki phat ti thi!" I gulped looking at the gothic beauty in front of me - gothic, yeah I borrowed that word from Sakshi!

"Udi Baba! Tui aato kotha kano bolish... chapar chapar... kono din amake Shree bole dakishna kano? Koto bhalo lage shunte... tor muk teke aro bhalo! Ami forever er jonno jaachi naa.. aashbo, 6 maash pore... ki bhebechish je tui amar mon ar heart ke chiniye nibi? "

"Amon ki dekchish? Bangla bushte parchishna? Chinta korishna... amader bacha ra english, hindi ar bangla shikhbe... aakhon tui shudu dara 6 maash er jonno... kono Gaurav er shaate chole jaashna" I told her... her perplexed reaction left me in splits...

"Bohot acha Specky! Kuch bhi anaap shanaap bolte rahe tum! Zaroor meri mazaak udaya hoga..." she said

"Main in sab main nahi padne waali... pataa hai ke pichli baar kya kaha tha tumne *Jaani Dushman*!" She grumbled

"Liza... tumhe likh kar bhej raha hoon jo maine abhi kaha.. phir tum sochna...matlab dhoond liya toh woh sab baatein sach" I said

"Aur nahi dhoond paayi toh?" She asked

"Meri Liza murdon ki bio data nikaalti hai... woh yeh nahi kar paayegi...impossible... tumhara jawaab ka intezaar hai Jaani Dushman!" I laughed and left the office like a bird out of a cage... and I think she blushed...

Four months later...

After seeing that clipping that Sakshi sent (the one with Arakshi convo and Arjun concerned on Sam) I missed everyone... my twin Sakshi... my Hanumaan Chotu.. Mrs.Damn It, ya I missed the glares of Ayesha! And somehow I managed to miss the chalta phirta SYS machine - maybe only due to my twin Sakshi!

But mostly I missed Liza... she had still not replied! "Jedi pari! (stubborn angel)" but chalega... "amar jedi pari! (my stubborn angel)"...

Then I felt a warm hand on my shoulder... It was Rathore sir... "Sir kya baat hai?" I asked

"Shree... tumhe Liza se baat karna chahiye... jitna jaldi sab saaf saaaf bateyga... utni behtar hi cheeze honge!" Sameer sir smiled!

"Waise ab agar jaldi nahi bola toh shadi ke badh postmortem ke liye ready ho jao!" Sameer sir laughed!

"Haan sir... aapka toh setting tabse hain... no wonder flight main aap poora laal the!" I smiled to earn a glare from Sameer.. but then he smiled again... "Sach main Shree... waqt ke saath mat khelo... tum dono apni bachpana chod do...bhai jaise maanta hoon... yeh baat sunle!" Sameer said

"Thanks sir..." I hugged him back... a bro! Wow! I had a simple story... orphan... had a high intellect for computers... worked hard and joined ETF... and now I got a bro as well... aar ki chai... (aur kya chahiye) except for the fact that SYS machine for a jiju! Udi Baba!

So I instantly sent an SMS to Liza... "Liz... online date pe aayegi... Venue : Skype..."

The next thing I knew is that she is there in two minutes, looking as beautiful as ever! Oh Maa!

First thing her voice chirps out "So Techie Sen! First date... woh bhi online..." she giggled.. Oh how I miss this laughter "Udi Baba.. I am getting Majnu rog like Sameer sir!" I thought...

"Liza... kaisi ho?" I asked... even in those giggles she was terrible at hiding the tears of joy she had in seeing as well as missing me...

"Main theek hoon... tum? Delhi mai toh shayad tumhari favorite mach bhaat bhi nahi milega" she mumbled

" Ami theek achi..." (I am fine... oh maa! even i am missing her terribly)

"Ami Jaani" she said...

"Hmm... wait what did you say... abhi kya kaha?" I asked my eyes popping out in disbelief..

She just said ami jaani - which is I know... in bangla...

"Tum bangla seekh rahe ho?" I asked

"Hmmm... bas thoda thoda..." she looked down

"Par iski zaroorat kya this Liz?" I asked... happy beyond my expectation...

"Main tumhari letter ko khud samajna chahti thi Shree..." she said... again those tears coming up...

"Aur samjhi?" I asked

"Hmm..." she nodded

"Toh batao kya kaha tha..." I said naughtily

"Main itni baat kyun karti hoon.. bak bak... koi bhi din tumhe Shree bolkar kyun nahi bulaati? Kitna achcha lagta hai sunne main - au mere muh se aur bhi behtar... tum hamesha ke liye nahi jaa rahe ho... tum aawoge, 6 mahine baad. kya maine socha ke tumhara mann aur dil cheen loon... aise kya dekhrahi hoon...bangla samaj main nahi aa raha hai?... chinta mat kar.." Then she pauses " ab Specky, tumhe toh samaj gaye na ki main samj gayi!" she said

"Na Liza... poori baat!" I smiled naughtily

" Tum samajhte kyun nahi.. main samaj ..."

"Liza kya samaj pe samaj... Arjun sir ki behen ho gayi kya? Nahi... poora meaning batao!" I threw a tantrum like a baby - knowing very well what the next line had!

"Bangla samaj nahi rahe ho? Chinta mat karo... humare bach.. bach.. bachchein english, hindi aur bengali seekhenge...ab main bas 6 mahine ke liye intezaar kar.. koi Gaurav ke saath math chali jaana..." she mumbled softly...

"Liza I love you..." I said... and I knew this was the perfect time...

"Main bhi... I love you too!" she started crying

"Hey Liza... don't cry! I loved you since college yaar!" I smiled... my tears forcing their way out...

"Main bhi Shree! Oh my God! Tumne pehle propose kyun nahi kia... Jesus!" she smiled and so did I...

"Shree... Ayesha hai yaha... main abhi usse bulaati hoon..." she blew a flying kiss and called Ayesha...

As Ayesha and Liza came to the screen, Ayesha screamed "Congratulations techie sen! Tum toh bade chupa rustam nikle! So... finally! Kaisa hai?"

And "suddenly out of the blue" Sameer sir comes and says "Congrats Liza! Finally iss Jaani Dushman ka case ko postmortem kar hi diya... kaisi hai? Arrey Ayesha... tum bhi yaha"

"As if nahi pata... iski awaaz sunke aa gaya jorru ka ghulaam!" I muttered and then Ayesha from skype as well as Sameer sir said "I just heard that!"

And I reply "main toh hazaar baatein kehta hoon... pata nahi kyun tum logo ko kuch hi baatein sunayi deti hai!" with a wink to Ayesha.

God... that reminded us of old times!!! (chapter 2 ending)

"Liza... chal I'll contact you from my phone... ab yeh damnit and dabbangg yaha rahenge!" saying so I quickly run into my room and switch on the skype from my phone...

I hear giggles and soft sobs from the side I just left... well these things were bound to happen there as well!

I even officially kiss Liza! Online - arrey after all ami (I am ) Techie Sen!!!

"Liza, yeh Sakshi kaha hai?" I ask

"Woh toh yeh news sunke paaal ho jaayegi!" I exclaimed

"Arjun sir ke saath... kuch kaam tha..." she said

"Acha! Ab kya kaam... ;) Waise unn dono ko chodo... mujhe tumse door hi rehna chahiye!" I smiled

"Kyun?" pat comes her reply

"Kyunki tum din bhar din sundar hote jaa rahi ho..."

And then the whole night passes in beautiful soft nothings... in the morning I find myself sleeping with the phone in my hand... and Sameer sir sleeping on the couch with my laptop...

We both grinned to each other... "Kya Mr. Majnu... raat kaisa gaya!" Sameer sir asked

"Waise jaise aapka Mirza sahab... aap jaise chipke the apki Saheba ke saath!" I quipped

Sameer sir twisted my ears and we laughed...

Who said long distance relationships don't work!

Present

Sameer sir and I became more like brothers now... we almost became inseparable as friends... yet I called him sir... aise hi theek lagta hai! I glanced on the bedside table to see pictures of my mini family...

"Meri twin... sabke gaadi patri pe daal di ar khud ki kya? Apne aap ko badi shyaana samajthi hai... tera ye twin nahi samaj sakta kya tera chehra ko jab tu SYS ki taraf dekti hai! Kya Akdu se pyaar kar liya! Teri shaadi ki waqt main toh khechai bhi nahi karpavunga! " I laughed thinking about their married life!

It would just be like the coding behind a soft ware... didn't understand... ok let me explain (Narrator : Oh no!)

Arrey.. yeh toh meri aur Ayesha ki dhasu pic hai! (Narrator : Phew! )😆

"Mrs. Damn it! Ab kash tum iss baat pe joote phekti... sab yaad aata hai!" I chuckled slightly

"Yeh chalta phirta bulldozer bhai ko bohot miss karta hu re! Tu kab apna setting karega!" I smiled

Haha! Me and Sameer sir are like best buddies now!

"Lizzu!!!" Ahh... she was the girl due to whom I failed to top in the last year! Dil aur marks... dono chudali iss ladki ne!

As usual I call her... but no one picks up... I look at the time.. 4:00 A.M... bechari let her sleep! I smiled and took her pic and went off to sleep... but something troubled me... the way Sameer sir had said..."Oh Maa... yeh sirf sir ki vehem hona chahiye..." I prayed

I'll be back in three weeks, then... I'll officially ask her hand for marriage, I'll give her the proposal for a lifetime! "Udi Baba!"

"In short..." Verma mumbled

SIKANDAR... subah teen se chaar ke beech.

"Sh** Verma!" Kapoor exclaimed

"Kya hua?" Verma said...

"It's 3.15" Kapoor screamed and already ran to sit on the bike

"Hell...Kappy get us there as fast as possible!" Verma tensed and Kappy drove as if the devils were behind them.

"Please D'cruz hope you stay safe." both prayed vehemently to some abode living person known as God.

She got a message but ignored it "Yeh credit card waale bhi na!" she walked into her house and locked the door and threw the key on the table.. as she went to her bedroom and flopped on the bed

Another message propped up...

"Uffo..." she muttered and saw the message...and she regretted for missing it...she turned deathly pale... her face stiffened... she lost her heart beat... her jaws clenched... for the first time terror gripped her heart...

"Be anywhere but in your house... else your hours are numbered... there are men to assassinate you..."

"Kya hua..." Kapoor asked tensed

"He knows we exist" Verma shot at Kapoor shocking...

"Kyun?" Kapoor asked confused

" Kyunki Rawte just has hours left in his life!"
