Chapter 13
*Flashback continuous*
"Koun hai yeh woh?" Riya asked
"Who mera best friend training time se Sameer Rathod" Arjun said remembering his and Sameer time during training period.
"Sameer Rathod? Yeh toh aapke Chief hai na? I mean ETF ke chief?" Riya asked
"Yup! Wahi Sameer mera best friend hai" Arjun
"Par Arjun bhai mene aapko ek baar aake chief se baat karte waqt dekha tha koi aapne friends se itna professionally thodi baat karta hai?" Rey asked
"Kah uthna aasan hota Rey humlog ke beech" Arjun sighed
"Matlab?" Riya asked
"Matlab Sameer aur meri first time friendship training ke first day pe hoi thi humlog roomies the. Sam aur me bohot pranks aur masti karte the. Sameer ke wajhse hi me Roshani se mila tha. Roshani Sam ki best friend thi aur jab me Roshani se mila tab mujhe use pyaar hogya tha in fact Sam ne meri bohot help ki thi roshani ko propose karne me. Rosh ko kya kya pasand hai usne hi bataya tha mujhe" Arjun smiled at the memories of that time but suddenly the smile was disappeared "Par jab Rosh ka murder hoa tab Sam aur meri dosti bhi toot gyi. Me ne Sam ko bohot bar bataya ki ye sab Sikhandar ke bajese hoa par usne kbhi yakeen nhi kiya mujhpe"
"Arjun?" Riya said in a voice full of concern because she knew when Rosh or anything related to her come Arjun just stress out
"Wo yakeen bhi kyu karega Sikhander ke baarme kisko kuch pata nhi hai and Rosh uski best friend thi uski behen jese thi par mere wajse se" A tear fell down from Arjuns eyes
"Arjun" Saying this Riya hugged Arjun tightly. Arjun just hold her tightly and gave her a sad smile
"Par me aaj bhi janta ho ki Sam mera best friend hai and me uske liye best friend ho. Sirf hum dikhate nhi hai but we care for each other more than our life. We both can do anything for each other even if it includes dieing for each other. We will never back out" Arjun said and looked at Rey and Kriya and saw them having watery eyes
"Ri bhabhi mere and Sharon ke friendship se bhi jada aapko Arjun bhai and Sam ki friendship ko adore karna chaiye" Rey said chuckling. Rey was always know for lighting up the mood and all three of them knew Rey was tring to do it.
"Haan Rey tum bilkul sahi kehrahe ho" Riya said agreeing with Rey and laughed a little.
And like that the mood of the room from tense was changed to happy again.
*Flash back Ends*
"Riya?" Arjun shake her a little, "Kaha khoi ho?" Arjun asked
"Um kuch nhi bus kuch yaad aaya" Riya said and hugged Arjun from waist surprising him with sudden hug but still Arjun hug her back and caressed her hair lovingly.
"Ri?" Arjun said.
"Arjun m really very happy for you" Riya said which made Sameer and Arjun confused.
"Riya? What are you saying?" Arjun asked
"Arjun aaj shayad se Kriya and Rey ke missing se kuch toh aacha hoa" Riya said smiling
"Kya?" Arjun asked utterly confused
"Tumhe aapna best friend wapis milgya" Riya said and looked towards Sameer
"Riya" Arjun breathe out and hug her tightly and continued, "Tum kab pehle kudhke bareme socha shuro karogi?"
"Mein toh kudhke bareme hi soch rahi ho" Riya said breaking the hug but still holding him by neck, "Tum aur mein kya alag hai?"
Arjun laughed and shook his head and pulled her in another hug and whispered "I love you" in her hair to which Riya smiled had kissed his neck and whispered back "I love you too"
This was witness by Sameer and was happy for both Riya and Arjun. He was happy to see his best friend happy after so long time. He remembers seeing him so happy with Roshni but after her he never saw him so happy and he knew that happiness is only coming from Riya. He again mentally promised himself that he will this time save both Riya and Arjun from all danger and will always stand back before both of them.
Sameer thoughts were broken his team entering and witnessing the scene for their second in command and their researched specialist hugging each other with open mouth. Which made Sameer chuckle at his team's behavior.
"Ahem" Sam coughed and brought the love birds to earth again.
Arjun and Riya broke the hug when Sam coughed and looked at their other team mates who were seeing with hanging mouth. This made Riya blush and Arjun to chuckle at them.
That was another shock to team seeing Arjun chuckle. They were on urge to get a heart attack due to the change of event that to in less than twenty four hours. It was just too much for them to handle.
"Team" Sameer said which made all compose them and looked at Sameer.
All sat down on their respective place. Arjun was standing near evidence board and was scanning all information. When suddenly conference door open and Sakshi entered seeing her Arjun gave her a hard glare.
"Sakshi? Mein tumhe ghar jane keliye kaha tha na?" Sameer asked
"Haan Sameer par meine decide kiya hai ki mein bhi iss case me kaam karongi" Sakshi said
"Nhi tum nhi karogi" Arjun barked which made all flinch in their places.
"Arjun wo m sorry?" Sakshi said which sounded more liked question
"Sorry mujhse kyu sorry bol rahi ho, sorry bolna hai toh Riya se bolo" Arjun said angrily.
"Arjun" Riya said softly and looked at Sakshi, "Sakshi tumhe sorry bolne ki koi jarurat nhi hai"
"Nhi Riya Arjun sahi kehraha hai, I'm sorry Riya" Sakshi said
"It's okay Sakshi aur Sakshi tum iss case mein kaam kar sakti ho" Riya said will smiling
"Riya" Arjun hissed to which Riya looked directly in his eyes promising that it will be fine with her. Which made Arjun sigh "Fine" Arjun gave up and agreed with Riya.
All settle down on their placed and again started discussing the Rey and Kriya missing case.
