A Parable:

Recognition-

Banner:

"You're like a song that I heard when I was a little kid, but forgot that I knew until I heard it again."
Maggie Stiefvater

We are all longing for' Recognition', Aren't we dears?

We are all always ready to be recognized and feel happy to do so. We all need credits for our works.

It's a nice feeling to indulge in , we know.

It induces us to move further.

It like a bonus influences us.

We will lift our collars, if things go right.

If things go wrong? We won't be ready to lift a single finger slightly, for fearing to be stamped badly.

Even children are expecting, being praised, credited and recognized...

Right things never falter us.

On the other hand, wrong things never fail us to excruciate till the last breath, some will continue to generations.

I can hear your voices say that," Right! What's the game saKthi?"

I'm coming to that only dears...

Now see what happens to Mr.Kaju!

The telephone rings and is taken at the first ring.

"Good morning! This is Fair Tickets!' "

A soft voice answers.

As you guess, it is Mr.Kaju, Our hero!

"Hello! I'm Sudhir!"

"Yes sir! How can I help you?"

"I'm calling for booking straight tickets to U.P!"

After getting answering for two to three questions, Mr. Kaju asks,

"Can you tell me the passenger details, Sir?"

"Oh! Now, wait a minute! I've heard this voice before!"

"No, No! that's a not possible!"

He refuses too quickly.

"I'm sure I've heard this voice, but where?..."

"No sir! I'm working here-"

"Where?..."

"Please sir, -"

"Uh! Now I got it!"

"Believe me!..."

"You are from Nazhik, right?"

"..."

"You were -"

"No! I weren't working there!"

"Hey! Raju! Don't you remember me? I'm Sudhir, your friend!"

"..."

"We studied in the same school! We..."

-The End-

I waited and worked, and watched the inferior exalted for nearly thirty years; and when recognition came at last, it was too late ... to alter events, or to make a difference in living.
-Ellen Glasgow.
