nice update so arjun realised that he is deeply and fully in love with his sakshi
that is waht he was thinking his sakshi when he saw her at hospital he wanted to take her in his arms so sweet tabhi toh kahta hain ki kabhi kabhi dure insaan ko aur kareeb le aati hain
was that arjun at sakshi's place which made her scream or it was something else altogether 😕
