Sikandar

According to this article, Ashish Kaul, who we saw in todays episode, will be playing Sikandar...but, I have a few questions:

1) This guy doesnt even look villainous, how can he essay the role of Sikandar? Sikandar is a character to be scared of...we have to sense fear when we see him...

2) Sikandar was a criminal, and he has a happy family?...
