Hello people!
It's 5.50 am right now, I have slept just 1 hour. Aur uske baad se I've been writing this OS as it came to me, so it's probably full of mistakes. But by now you probably already know that English isn't my strongest point.
I do hope you like it, let me know by commenting, liking.. And also like always constructive criticism is appreciated.
Love,
Sakshi

And then my soul saw you and it kind of went "Oh there you are, I've been looking for you" -Iain Thomas
"Na jao."
These two words spoke volumes.
Sakshi looked at Arjun while continuing to comb her hair through. He was looking at her with that same mixture of love and lust that always made her heart rate go haywire. She watched how he turned back to looking out of the window, the rain hitting the window in this dark night was like a reflection of their inner turmoil.
"Mujhe jaana hoga, you know that," she said, referring to the deal they had. She heard the pain in her words, she had already broken the first rule she herself had set when this sorry excuse for an affair had started. Well, she had denied herself for years, and then after that first night she knew that she was stuck, attracted to this man like a moth to flame.
She had given her heart to him when she first met him, the pain had attracted her at that moment, the feeling that someone else knew what she felt, that there was a chance that their broken souls could heal each other. But gradually she came to know that he was nowhere near letting his past go, not even when they had caught Sikandar. While Sikandar's death came as a relief to her, she could finally move ahead in life, he seemed even more lost. It was as if his purpose to live was gone.
That was the first night that they made lo... no they had sex. It wasn't making love; it was two broken souls trying to fix themselves, while unknowingly hurting each other even more in the process.
Arjun nodded, she was just going to leave, when he shook his head and turned back to her. "Main nahi chahta ke tum jao." There was protectiveness in his voice, and anger, oh the ever present anger.
Sakshi smiled her trademark smile, "bas thodi si barish hai Arjun, I won't melt."
He finally turned from the window, determined to tell her what was going on in his head. "I am jealous Sakshi." There, he said it, and judging by her reaction she was utterly shocked.
Sakshi stopped midway, she knew that he was going to explain himself and his feelings to her.
"I am jealous of that man who tried flirting with you today, aur mere khayal se yeh humari deal abh meri khwaishon ko nahi pura kar rahi." He looked at her, and saw her face softening, losing some of the tension. "Hum ne yeh sab shuru zarur as lovers, friends with benefits, whatever you want to call it, kiya tha, lekin yeh tum aur main achhe se jaante hain ke yeh sirf us ek zarurat ko pura karne ke liey nahi tha. Humare beach mein humesha ek deeper connection raha hai, it was never just finding some relief. Aur in sab ke beach mujhe tumse aur bhi zyada pyar hogaya.
Sakshi stayed quiet and still, letting Arjun finish.
"Main nahi chahta ke tum iss toofan mein bahar jao, nahi chahta main ke tum iss darwaze se ek bhi kadam bahar nikalo, aur most importantly main nahi chahta ke tum meri zindagi se bahar jao Sakshi. Mujhe bas tum chahiye ho, sirf tum, sirf tum. I don't want you just for relief. Main tumhe chahta hoon, I don't want you to be with anyone else, I can't even bear the thought of you with that man. I want you to be mine.
Sakshi was shaking on her feet. For a moment she thought she might be seeing a dream, but when he crossed the room and kissed her passionately and hard she knew that the storm outside was a reflection of their inner turmoil and desires for each other.
They had kissed before countless times, but it was never like this. This kiss, it was setting free all of the unspoken words, asking all the unasked questions and answering them.
This was the moment that their souls finally mended each other, they twisted and turned into one, it felt as if this one kiss had finally made their souls realise that yes, this was the only soul who understood it, they should give love another chance.
Coming up for air, Arjun said: "Ruk jao," almost begging. "Mujhe nahi pata ke maine yeh tumse pehle kyun nahi kaha, lekin I do love you. I know I should've told you this earlier, lekin mujh mein himmat nahi thi, you could do so much better, But aaj jab uss aadmi ne tumse flirt karne ki koshish ki I knew I could never let you go. Mujhe ek bahut burri feeling ho rahi hai, tumhe aaj raat ko jaate dekh."
"Kuchh nahi hoga mujhe Arjun." Sakshi said, cupping his face, trying to comfort him. She'd driven in much worse weather, but the way he just spoke, his tone and that haunted look on his face kept her from just walking out that door.
"I don't care! Main, bas iss ek baar ke liye, yeh deal todna chahta hoon. Break this, whatever it is, and wake up in the morning with you lying in my arms. I want to feel as if all of the weight has been taken off my shoulders. Main subha tuna chahta hoon, yeh mehsoos karte hue ke maine apni zindagi ka sabse achha decision liya hai, by not letting you go. I want to, no I NEED to know ke main jo yeh sab keh raha hoon yeh humare liye sahi hai. Sirf mere liye nahi, lekin tumhare liye bhi.
Sakshi put one hand on his cheek and reached up to kiss him. After pulling back she said "Agar main abhi yahan se challe gayi to main hum dono se na insafi karungi." Giving him a tiny smile she whispered "I love you Arjun,"
Arjun caught the lone tear which was on its way down with his thumb "Don't cry Sakshi."
"Tumhe pata hai Arjun, maine itne saal iss din ka intezaar kiya, itne saare possible scenarios dekhe, but yeh, yahan, aise maine kabhi socha bhi nahi tha."
"That means ke yeh aise hi hona tha, expect the unexpected Sakshi' he told her, he put her hand in his and started taking of her coat. "Main tumhe apne aap se door nahi hone doonga." He hoped she knew he didn't only mean that for tonight, but also for the rest of their lives.
He could only hope that she had heard what his soul was trying to tell hers, that she had seen the sincerity, felt and saw his love for her in his eyes. He had never been a man of many words, and tonight he had spoken more than what he had done in the past few years of this relationship.
Sakshi took notice of everything he said and did. She pulled him close, feeling his arms encircle her. Looking up to him she told him the same thing she had told him a few years ago, and basically it was all he needed to know "Arjun, I do trust you."
