A huge ground was prepared for the fight that was going to take place.This ground is actually present in front of the majestic palace.The palace was built so intricately that its beauty was discussed in faraway places too.
It was like a modern-day-stadium.The ground surrounded by layered steps on which the crowd sat.
(MINUS THE PEOPLE ON THE FIELD PLZ🤣)
"maharaj Prithviraj Chauhan padhaar rahe hain" a man announced.
The crowd fell silent.The king walked in with his family,ministers and other concerened people behing him.He walked upto the stage and greeted the crowd.The crowd got up and bowed in unity at their beloved king.
He ascended the throne with his wife sitting next to him and Saakshi sitting on the other side.
A plump man hit a huge metal bell hanging with an equally heavy banger.
The ceremony began.
The man announced the people fighting today. The first person was Veer Singh.
Veer Singh was a bulky man.As he entered the millions sitting in the steps cheered.
The man announced Veer Singh's opponent "arjun"
No response.
People looked around to see "arjun".He was no where to be seen.Saakshi too looked around.There was a pit of water at one corner of the field in which water from a high fell.It was like an artificial waterfall.But we could see through it.
As the man was going to announce some other name..

There came suddenly a man sitting in the horse through the waterfall.The water sprinkled every where.People looked in awe.the horse neighed. He rode to the middle and stopped and lifted his horse up.It was a classy act and everyone in the crowd were thrilled at this man.
His lower face was covered.He had the rajasthani pagri on top.They could see his eyes and the blood-red tilak on his face.
The king himself was impressed by him and Saakshi was too. She looked intently at him, as she just didn't see a fighter but a warrior.
Arjun got down his horse and bowed down infront of the king.he held his palms together in a Namaste. The king slowly blinked in response.Arjun didn't spare Saakshi a look.She was offended.No one dared to treat the most beautiful woman like this! But she didn't understand why it hurt her.
She looked at him from top to bottom.His bare chested body was covered by few battle scars.He was clad in a simple cream dhoti.
The fight began.His face was uncovered.That was the most handsome face anyone had ever seen.Those intent black eyes,that flaring nose and the perfect jawline made Saakshi loose her grip on her throne.
"WHAT THE HELL!!" she thought!
The helper girls behind her began blushing and gushing about him.But Saakshi acted as though she didn't care.But secretly she kept looking at him.
As minutes passed, many heartbeats did skip.Arjun had finished figting everyone there.Everyone looked at him in surprise and awe.Many centuries had passed,they had heard about many warriors and seen some too,but he was not like any one of them.Who was he?
He stood alone on the sand bearing the heat of the sun.His body was covered in sweat as he looked up at the king and then bowed.
"bravo! Bravo! Bravo!" the king shouted as he clapped.He was merrily impressed by him.
"My god! who is this man!?"the king thought.
Saakshi too was impressed.She subconsciously cheered for him.She almost got up when he fell down once.Well, the princess was affected.
The king walked down to him and held him by his shoulders "i want to make you the general of my army!" he said overjoyed!
"it would be my pleasure your highness." arjun replied.
Arjun knew about Saakshi.He too like others had heard a lot about her beauty.He knew she would be offended by the fact that he didn't look at her.He felt her gazing at him during the fight.
Saakshi was happy that he was going to stay.So,now she could see him everyday and she also wanted to teach him a lesson.
But what she didn't know was that Arjun did steal a few glances at her during the fight.Oh boy! he was affected too!
