Shaleen Malhotra, the action hero of Indian television is the one who plays the character of ACP Arjun in Star Plus' Arjun (4 Lions Films).

"He is the one who has redefined the concept of action on small screen," said a TV fan.

Personally, Shaleen, is well trained in martial arts and kickboxing. He is crazy about bikes and lives by the word 'adventure'.

On being nominated for the Best Fresh New Face (category) at The Twefth Indian Telly Awards, the handsome actor shared, "Awards are a kind of motivation for every actor, be it an industry newcomer or a veteran. The competition is tough but yes, I am hopeful of winning."

He added, "I believe God has been very kind with me throughout because the kind of work I get is what I am really meant for and it's really satisfying when you get to do the same. Right now, I am blank with what to do and what not to on the awards night. But yes, every actor prepares for a winning speech (award) on the very day he or she faces the camera and I am no different. So I am not really worried about it."
