Will her smile melt a stone? ' Mrunal Thakur as Sakshi Anand in Arjun ' Har Yug Mein Aayega Ek
Mrunal Thakur as Sakshi Anand in Arjun ' Har Yug Mein Aayega Ek
A beguiling smile. Twinkle in her eyes. And lilt in her voice. Sakshi Anand. Arjun ' Har Yug Mein Aayega Ek will see entry of a new girl Mrunal Thakur, a journalist. Incisive, observant and inquisitive, she still has a child-like innocence that has enamored most of the ETF Team. She is there as part of the team, to dog their footsteps and report to the public what ETF Team does. Armed with a pen and paper, she will amass information on cases that come the Emergency Task Force's way and put forward how the unit functions, how difficult and mind-boggling some of the cases are and how they work in tandem to solve crimes.
One person who finds her underfoot is Arjun Suryakant Rawte (Shaleen Malhotra). A loner, he finds this intrusion inconvenient at best and her ready smile will not melt this stone hearted man. Or will it? Time will tell.

Mrunal Thakur as Sakshi Anand in Arjun ' Har Yug Mein Aayega Ek
Mrunal Thakur interestingly was a student of journalism at KC College in South Mumbai before she got into acting. Yet to complete her Third Year, she always wanted to be an actor however coming from an orthodox family she had to really convince her parents, especially her father and her uncle to come into the Television Industry. Her career started at the age of 15 where she became a part of a Marathi Docu-drama. A couple of years and that project is yet to see the light of the day, a friend's advice to give auditions landed her a lead role in Khamoshiyan as Gauri Bhonsle, a show on Star Plus.
Though the stint did not last for a long time as the show shut down after a few months, Mrunal Thakur said that her experience was amazing as the star cast had stalwarts of the industry whose acting experience is worth their weight in gold and she for one got lessons from them by virtue of working with them. Be it Tushar Dalvi, Resham Seth, Shilpa Tulaskar, Abir Goswami or Ravindra Mankani. She learned from each one of them and she realised the best thing for her to do was take advantage of the situation by being a sponge and learning as much as she could from them. She shared a room with Suhas Joshi (everyone calls her Suhas Tai) and she is a school in herself. Learning intonation from one, how to deal with people in general from another, how to be professional from third were life lessons she learned at the sets of Khamoshiyan.
We welcome Mrunal Thakur to her new project Arjun ' Har Yug Mein Aayega Ek and wish her the very best. She will make her entry in coming Saturday's episode. Don't forget to tune in.
Watch Arjun ' Har Yug Mein Aayega Ek, every Saturday-Sunday at 8pm on Star Plus, for a one of kind crime action thriller on Indian Television.
