Yes, my dear, I see what you mean. It is a very subjective thing, and hard to put into words.

As for clues from bank statements etc. they are ok most of the time, except that in practice, many banks will not hand them over without a court order, on grounds of confidentiality. I think here most of these are hacked by Shree, but where does he get the bank details and the account numbers from? Or credit card numbers for that matter? One should not ask!!

Here, as I have tried to explain, it is far more basic a mistake. There simply cannot be any such bank transaction, which shoots the whole deduction process to pieces.

no by thriller element, i dont actually mean only the suspense bit...its just more than that...i just stay glued to the tv screen...edge of the seat thriller types...as a matter of fact, i cant explain what that is in words...

anyways, ur point is very valid and i too keep thinking about that when arjun finds such clues via bank transactions and financial statements!

sorry Aunty for late comment, just returned from work😉
well as usual lovely and very indepth analysis by you Aunty...
Though like Shuchi said, you should have been resting that wrist😳
well i agree with most of your posts but only one bit, and its about Swaraj
i admire and accept his sacrifice for his wife. he lost everything for her, his title his credibility
And personally i would have like having a husband like that willing to sacrifice anything for me😳
I for one dont believe in betting, though i can find myself buying lottery cards for fun.
I hate betting, and i feel that Jaswant should have been more realistic and not put all his earnings on a simple match, too much greediness lead to this.
But coming to the main part is like Jaswant there were many people who betted on Swaraj's victory, many Jaswants lying out there, there were many of his fans disappointed by him.
In his wish to save one life, i wonder how many lives were destroyed because he lost on purpose.
From what i read, many people like easy money, and betting sure is a way to get that amount of money easily.
And i agree that yesterday's episode was a good one, the wrestling scenes were very well shot and very realistic
and the stage, the people cheering, and the atmosphere were credible...

My dear Rose,

My wrist is still sore with all that over exertion since Sunday, so I will just say that you made my day, above all thru your comment about the Julius Caesar comparison. Thank you, my dear. Rather, I expect I should thank your grandfather!😉Incidentally, I owe a good part of my taste for the classical in literature to my nana too. He passed away when I was three, but I inherited his library of the English and Sanskrit classics - in the former, Shakespeare, Sir Walter Scott, Charles Dickens, Thackeray and the like, and I grew up on them. As you did, except that you had your grandfather around as well. Lucky you!

Tina my dear,

I know that I should not type anything today, but I wanted to respond to just you and Rose.

You have a positive flair for identifying crucial social issues that are overlooked (or omitted), even by me. Last time it was how Anjali had unnecessarily and cruelly humiliated Bala and possibly invited (at least in part) all that happened to her later. I thought of that but left it out to save space.

This time it is the wreckage of so many more lives and hopes created by Swaraj throwing that match to save the life of his wife. Of course he does not even think of that, for when a loved one's life is at stake, practically everyone will develop a tunnel vision.

However, it is also true that Jaswant had no business betting all his money on such a risky matter, for Swaraj might have lost quite honestly - it is after all a sport and athletes have good days and bad days. The same goes for all the other bettors who lost then; they took an unwarranted risk, and they have to accept what comes with that territory.

But still, I am truly impressed that you thought of this angle; I did not.

Thanks a lot, nivanthi! I know that my kind of stuff is not for mass consumption, but I am so glad that many of you young people like it and write in and tell me so.

I do not analyse every episode - so far I have done only 6 posts out of 35 episodes, but whenever there is any that has room for analysis and interpretation, I will do so and let you know. Right now, I need to get my sore left wrist back into shape - two long posts back to back have just about crocked it!😉

Aunty, hope you're doing well. But, this is really not done! I mean this is heights, why are you upto giving more and more pain to the innocent wrist for no reason. Its only yours fun, I'm really feeling bad for your wrist right now. Someone has said it correctly, 'Nero fiddled while Rome burned'! I wonder what will be your doctor's reaction, I really really want him/her to ban you from typing till you come round fully, though I will miss you.
And now the for the analysis, its wonderful as usual. Agreed to you on all the points. And for the hindsight, 😆 may be you're right.
Get well soon Aunty.

Dear Aunty,
perfectly analysed..I too feel the case was slow..the whole financial dillema which seemed to be main clue against jaswant was not so convincing.

i completely agree with the bank transaction matter..neither bookies pay money through bank accounts nor any bank allowed to transfer such a huge amount without aby varification.

the Arjun charm was missing..though the climax was bang on..Rathod represents the true chief in him whereas the team shows great co ordination & teamwork.

the episode was good but not a excellent one..

love the analysis aunty thanks for pm.

Regards
sreeparna
