The episode was well executed...
Except for one scene...
A team like ETF, highly efficient , the best on Indian police , how could they not guard a criminal.
That, in my opinion, was ridiculous.
Except for that I am impressed with the episode.

My dear Tina and all the other ladies on this thread,

I was a little surprised to find this one rated so uniformly high by all of you - though of course these assessments are a matter of personal opinion, , which should always be respected.

The story is an amalgam of the Arushi Talwar murder case and the Delhi University MMS scandal.True, there were no significant goof ups or plot holes. The only visible one, as pointed out here, was the whole ETF gaping at the laptop and letting Bala scoot. But that was probably because that sort of chase scene just HAD to be there, seeing that they could not, with the best will in the world, fit in their other staple, an extended punching and kicking match with a bunch of goons!😉

Plus Rathore had a solid role for a change, and best of all, we were not subjected to Samjhe ya samjhaoon?

Nonetheless, the whole affair was more workmanlike than inspired or excellent. I cannot think of a single instance of a brilliant deduction by Arjun here; it is all a steady, standard accretion of leads and facts, built up patiently by the whole team, and the main suspect, Raj, obliges the ETF by turning up dead very soon.

As Vidya has pointed out correctly, it is not at all credible that the son of an IT tycoon would go around selling MMSes. Using them to blackmail girls into submitting to his perverted desires is one thing, for that is driven by the will to dominate. But selling MMSes, with so many sting operations around and written about daily in the Indian newspapers? Hardly likely, especially since he must be rolling in money.

The other odd thing is why an IT tycoon's son, and that too one who is very bright, would come to such a commonplace college. It is incomprehensible He would go to an IIT or to Stanford or MIT (the IIT is more difficult to get into. The son of Mr. Narayanamurthy, the Infosys founder, could not make it to an IIT and went instead to Cornell).

I agree completely with those who have pointed out here that young people should look before they leap, and not have affairs with boyfriends who might be making them the star of yet another MMS. It is true that there should be gender equality, but in such matters, the facts of life are such that the girl gets hurt much worse than the boy. It is thus prudent to draw one's lines and stay within them, even if the other person is the love of your life!

No, I do not think that marriage is a joke, quite the opposite, and to say so is not old fashioned at all. But infidelity is as old as the hills. The only difference now is that it is often so in your face and unashamed. I wonder how that nosy neighbour found out that Anjali knew about her father's affair with that Pooja.

To my mind, the only really flawless episode so far was the one of Saturday last, about the fake banknote plates. I was not well this week, and so my planned post on that one has been delayed. It was better, in terms of flawlessness, than even the checkmate episode of Hiten Saxena, which had a couple of glaring holes, including how on earth he shifted the very heavy gravestones without getting caught. But of course the chess episode was very elegant and cerebral, and in this sense it was clearly the winner.

hmmm today's episode was very good

loved it from the start till the end
I had however already guessed that something was wrong with that Bala since the time he went and asked neha to confirm that she was with him that night, that look of neha said everything
brilliant plot
the father really looked very suspicious
and the mother also
and the father was so arrogant at first and refused to answer all the questions, but in the end he had to bow down in front of Arjun
that Bala was such a disgusting person, he used MMS to blackmail people😡
Thankfully his mobile lead to his arrest
and then Arjun looked hot in pale yellow😳
and finally the writers have listened to us, Rathore was the Chief today from all aspects👏
so what are your views?

and how can i forget Pappu bhai looked so hot nah😆

Hello Aunty, hope you're well now! I am very upset to know that you didn't even tell me that you're unwell!😔
I think Bala said once that his father wants him to spend a life like common people or something like that.
So, may be he made those MMSes to earn money through selling them. And some filthy people are there who do all these for fun purpose. May be he is one of them.
Hope you come round soon.
Regards, Sanchayita.
