Veer is not Ranisa's puppy. He didn't end up telling Ranisa about Rani to not cause her more pain. And he told Birju and Vikram the truth that she doesn't know anything (i.e. Veer didn't tell her anything).

Birju wanted veer to ask ranisa who has a score to settle with her. He did ask. But ranisa responded by saying you are scaring me is everything alright. Then he decided to lie and say he was just checking if she needs him to do something.

Basically because he didn't want ranisa to worry he didn't tell her. But imagine if rani was actually kidnapped by someone who has a score to settle with ranisa; she wouldn't reveal the name of her enemy unless she has a good reason. It looked like he put ranisas happiness first.

However I think he has a plan in mind to save rani. So maybe telling her wasn't necessary. He did say that he is going to do something big to to take back something he values.

He didn't tell Ranisa. See the review. He had a beautiful dialogue about losing something very special to him and Ranisa had a beautiful response. ❤️

It's his thoughtfulness Rish, like Kate said. She is already suffering in jail. Ranisa also freaked out seeing Veer that way. I felt like it was a beautiful conversation between the two, like a real mother-son.

Veer had something in his mind. It was brewing up. I loved his dialogue about doing something big to save the very special thing he lost. ❤️
