Yes, she was in Master chef India season 7, everyone there appreciated her cooking skills, but the problem was that she did not know any international cuisines and it was difficult for her to do presentation and to learn so many things because of the age factor and it becomes difficult for people to learn things after a certain age (not true for everyone, but for most of the people), so she was the first one to get eliminated, but she was not a bad cook, she was restricted, agar young age mei participate kiya hota aur chance mila hota toh shayad ye bohot aage badhi hoti.

However, she was/is so positive towards the life, I mean she is sooooo cute, plus she lost 2 of her kids when they were young, but she never cried about that unlike the female lead of this show, who always cries about something or the other.

She is a simple Gujrati woman and is very cute, at her age it’s understandable that she doesn’t know any other cuisine and didn’t have the means, opportunities and maybe support to learn other cuisines unlike Anupama who got everything served on a platter, numerous opportunities, family support, fame money and power as a Kapadia owner, even now if she has decided to go to US and start afresh, it’s a great opportunity for her but did she work hard for it? Did she apply for the job? Even the Superstar Chef was something she was not interested to participate initially until Bapuji persuaded her and she saw S&C in trouble.

Funnily, Maa’s channel name is Joshi Ben ki Rasoi and Baa’s channel name is Gujju Ben ka Nashta and , I don’t see any originality there too 😂

Someone in my family was travelling abroad and we wanted to cook theplas for them, so I searched a lot of recipes and came across this one from her, though she added a lot of oil and very cutely said Hing ko English mein kya bolte hai mujhe nahi pata 😂, her recipe was still authentic and amazing. And she speaks better Hindi than Anupamaa.

And she doesn’t want to do sab sab sab, doesn’t blame Kanhaji for every setback or failure, doesn’t have an ex family and a next family and an upcoming family or an army of Bhakts to support her emotionally & financially, who will sponsor her every dream, this woman is focussed and grew from a YT channel to participating in Masterchef at this age. Such a commendable job!

Most importantly, she is grateful for the opportunities she got and values them, works hard to grow further, unlike Maa who abandons everything after showing so much excitement initially and always drowning in self pity.

This was her first video I watched and we can see how she started from scratch. This is the real inspiration and she reminds me so much of my own Dadi ❤️

bina maida ka cream roll, see, I don't have knowledge of cooking, but I am a big time foody, and I think agar vo aata use karegi toh vo jaise hi thandha hoga vo itna kadak ho jaega, itna kadak hojaega, ki sach mei daant se kushti karni padegi, aur judges toh nahi mehnat karne wale bhi ye roll todne mei.

But Maa ke anusaar usne aata Rava ka lagaya na ki wheat flour ka, jo ki dekhke to bilkul jhooth lag raha and as per her pooris soaked less oil due to Rava which is also looking like an absolute lie seeing those pooris 😂

I have also seen Pani mei poori banate hai, uske liye air fryer use hota hai

Secondly, rava is processed form of wheat so wheat is healthier option ..buss faaltu bakwaas karni hai.

During haldi masala ceremony, Anuj said kaali mirch is queen of spices though it's cardamom ..jo didi aur yeh pappu kahe sab theek hai.

Firstly, Anupama's struggle do not seem real because there isn't any struggle. Her problems are self-induced.

Secondly, Anupama or anyone for that matter, not knowing anything is not the problem, it can never be. The problem lies in Not learning or willing to learn. Not putting in efforts. She has proclaimed herself as the Besht and is unwilling to learn anything. Mind you, learning is not limited to learning to operate the automatic stove or dishwasher or microwave. They could have shown her learning what is the taste palette of the natives, what locally sourced foods can be used as substitutes or alternatives and re-model some of the dishes to retain taste, texture. What other cooking methods are available.

Infact, they could have started with her learning to open a bank account, apply for SSN and find a damn accommodation for herself.

Finally, why one is doing what they are is the most important thing and what efforts one puts to achieving it sets them apart. In this case, Anupama had a dream (among many others) to go to Amreeka.

To do what? Even if it was just visiting or sightseeing, what did she do to reach Amreeka? What did she do to know about Amreeka?
