One of my all time favourites
Mine, as well. Imagine an ending similar to the one Ms. Trunchbull got but for our not so favourite TamaShahis
I have never cooked Poori with pure Rava, aaj tak Rava ka sirf batter banaya hai, anything with pure Rava will be hard to give shape and if at all it is Rava, with my very little understanding & experience of cooking, I believe it has to rest well to hold itself in proper shape & smoothness. And bina oil ke poori pehle paani mein boil karke airfry karke aajkal log bana rahe hain, phool bhi jaati hai apparently but I have never tried this because chahe 2 drops hi ho, but oil ke bina wo authentic taste nahi aa sakta.
Exactly, rava ko time lagta hai shape pakadne mei, sooji ko bhi, meri mummy ko dekha hai maine, she keeps sooji for rest before cooking it, because she says iski shape nahi aaegi, how she managed to cook that poori in 19 minutes, also writer ne zindgi mei kabhi bhi khana banana chodo, kahna bante hue dekha bhi nahi hai, ye toh sochna chahiye ki target audience zyada tar home makers hain jinko khaana banana aata hoga, mujh jaise students toh bas written updates par time paas karne aate hain.
haan, air frier mei ban toh sakti hai poori, lekin udhar tha air frier, aur ek toh rawa, upar se no oil, upar se just 19 mins, how did it manage to retain its shape, aur uska tast kaisa hoga?

Also 65 to 70% of Indians eat non veg, so she will be telling most Indians they are wrong
But in India although people eat nonveg but everyone has certain restrictions, I mean everyone does not eat nonveg on all days, few people don't eat nonveg on Tuesday, Thursday or any other day/days, then people don't eat nonveg in Navrattri, Shravan, etc.
At the same time I don't want maaaaa to give gyaan to people on whether they should eat nonveg or not, bhai unki marzi khaane do naa unko, kya jata hai tumhara
Also, if she cannot cook nonveg and if she gets a challenge then she should leave respectfully, but please Bhagwaan keliye no gyaaan
from her, though she added a lot of oil and very cutely said Hing ko English mein kya bolte hai mujhe nahi pata 😂, her recipe was still authentic and amazing. And she speaks better Hindi than Anupamaa.
and this woman is representing India on an international level, pehle inko koi batao ki aaise nahi karte aaise khade ho kar, matlab khud ko hi shabashi dena aur phaltu ki cheezen, vo bhi tab jab camera aapko capture kar raha hai, bhai if this woman would have been in real toh inke memes ban jate, people would have massively trolled her.
super chef bhi original naam nahi rakha hai, master chef kaa copy kar liya, accha hua isme chef Joe nahi hai, bhai vo toh presentation dekh kar hi plate phenk dete hain, ye presentation dekh kar vo pagal ho jate.
vaise bhi that chef joe acts like a crackhead on the show at least, plus he has some kind of hatred/disliking for South-asians Anupama ko mentally itna harass karte ki sara bhashan bhool jati.

Yeah...I mean just because the lead is from India doesn't mean other cuisines are bad or that they should be shown in a negative light.
I have taken a liking to Korean cuisine myself and a ramen bowl is just perfect for those rainy and wintery days. Yes, Indian food is great but all cuisines have their own uniqueness that must be celebrated.
But I doubt makers will do anything like that. They might just show Anupama cooking only indian dishes and winning the competition regardless. Which from a professional perspective would make her a very one dimensional chef. You can have Indian as your speciality and still explore other cuisines or at least attempt to learn from them.
But yaha toh Anupama ka halwa cake hi jeetega with 500 page bhashan on aurat and maa and rasoi and bhartiya khana (again Indian food is great but come on, it's not the only kind of cooking in the world)
And I mean isn't the point of an international competition to test various methods and techniques from all over the world?
But nope, yaha se toh aisi koi hope nahi hai ki thodi positively dusre cultures/cuisines ko bhi portray kar de.
Ye log dusre cultures ki postive cheez ko highlight kyon karenge? Pahle regressive TV dusre cultures ki negative cheez ko highlight karke apne culture ko defend karta tha. DKP to dusre cultures ki negative cheezo ko defend karta hai.
I think DKP toxic positivity par thrive karta hai
