Ak is actually indirectly responsible for Samar's death.as he was the one who fought with guy when V and others tried to stop him and while trying to save Ak ,Samar was dead.Still she didn't blame him but was only upset with him.She came back to KM to look after Ca after completing 13 days of mourning.

I was thinking that in the accident if Anu had failed to save CA, Ak would have send her to Jail for accusing her of murder.

Same way CA is only child of anuj he has no parents also with him, Malvika has left never to come back to him in life.

CA is his only family and much more favourite than samar was to anupama and she could have died that day

Anupama has her mom, brother, ex hubby, 2 kids their hubby and kids, baa, bapuji etc etc anuj has none than CA

Anupama never treated him like family or husband only as ATM machine for shahs and herself and ignored CA

so anuj had an outburst at anupama for not saving CA first and giving her priority over kinjal, pari etc. Its pent up anger of last 3 year incidents

If i went with my mom and i just fall or bruise my dad would slam my mom, grand mom, uncle etc for not taking care of me even at 12-13 years. Because thats fathers love, especially when only child is there father fears losing them more and react emotionally. Here anuj was watching anupama ill treat CA for shahs over last 3 years so he will scream only in fear that he almost lost CA.

If i am in car with many relatives i except my mom-dad to save me first than only others even as adult - otherwise it means they do not love me most, they love others so saved them first (sorry but its true, as kid thats how all think) and i would be wild too like anuj or CA at my mom. Even if i by mistake cause the accident

There is a threshold to take any abuse and misbehaviour and to bend to please wife etc

anuj has tolerate enough if it was vanraj in anuj place her class would happen with slaps after few days by baa and vanraj after marraige if she behaves like shes doing with anuj and CA and at his home

if its another father in 2-3 months of marraige anupama class would have happened and more rudely than any anuj kapadiya can do in real life

that is problem that anuj kept quiet 3 years so all this drama happening by shahs and anupama and CA getting insecure - they think we do anything anuj will be quiet and accept

Kisi aur husband ke saath aisa karti na, Jo love nahi karta, dhakke mare kar bahar phekh deta. Pyar nahi hai to iska behaviour koi tolerate nahi karta.

And Indian courts would grant divorce without alimony as neglect in marriage is grounds for no alimony in Indian courts.

I think the discussion has gone beyond logic now, if someone genuinely believes a wife can neglect husband and small child and spend 90% time at her ex and husband should do or say nothing just because he loves her, they are not looking for any logic, they are just arguing for the sake of arguing

It's like a cult, a cult member will even commit crimes for their cult leader, no logic will save them

Chalo, you agree that Kanta met her at a park? Why? Could she Not have visited her or invited her home? There is a difference between Leela (who has an army to help) and Kanta and Bhavesh (who do Not have the resources). Is it not apparent to her?

Be that as it may, What did Kanta advise her when they met at the park? Did she even pay heed to anything she has ever said?

Kanta single-handedly managed tiffin service, right? Anupama had seen her struggles while Kanta gave her shelter. What did she do when she returned to Kapadia Mansion?

On the other hand, when Leela took up catering during Deepawali, she not only took prepared snacks from Kapadia Mansion for the entire mohalla, cooked snacks at Shah House but also home delivered them because Leela is "old" and they have no resources.

Has she been shown to ever show the same concern to her mother?

As per few, we are supposed to assume what has never been shown and be okay with Maa visiting those who insulted her every single day, ‘Publicly’ and treated her like their slave, their housemaid.

But how dare Anuj ask some obvious and logical questions on her hypocritical actions, infront of family members = publicly

Baa Bapuji calling her to clean and help them, Tosu calling her to take care of Pari middle of the night, Pakhi calling her when she throws a tantrum = Anuj’s baggage, his family, who never asked Anupama to even lift a glass of water for them.

No court will give divorce just because anupama did not reach school function on time

Court give divorce on adultery change religion transmitted disease cruelty and desertion

Amd also if husband file for divorce then husband has to give interim maintainece to wife that is through sec 24

And it is not easy husband for file for divorce

Court generally ask husband if ur wife left u to tumne kya,Kiya did u file sec 9

So there is procedure

Husband can' file for divorce as it is just because his wife went away

First he should file sec 9 which give proove that husband really want to live with wife if wife still don't come then only husband can file for divorc

Anuj has already burst outt his anger toward anupama during last Holi and in new year

So what is point of repeating same thing which he already Said during new year ,Holi, during school function and even in living room in front of Devika barkha Ankush

Amd more over anupama cancel going to America for choti and also anupama pay attention to her choti studies when she come to know that choti cannot learn table

Anupama did pay attention to choti but problem is that every one want remember only anupama fault

He did not ask .any thing related to accident but he was blaming anupama for that which has no relationship with car accident

What's funny is,

Anuj is "accused" of infidelity because he went to Mumbai in search of his daughter and stayed at Maaya's (I believe it was clarified on the show that he stayed at his friend's place, anyway).

It was very very clear that Anuj had NOTHING to do with Maaya except that she was beti ki Maa just like Bachchone ke Achache pita.

But

Anupama had long, emotional conversations over a walk many times over, did NOT PUT HER FOOT DOWN knowing well that Vanraj was lusting on her and her great ex-MIL even wanted the two to get back together while they were married to other people. Not only that, Vanraj disturbs her in the middle of the night to share a secret and requests her to keep it from her husband and she agrees.

The argument given is, "Oh but he saw them together and there was no love between them"
