Ok, since the talk is on Nepotism, here my two cents.
Everyone who has money and resources, will naturally want to pass it on to family. It is not entirely wrong. (However nepotism without talent/hardwork in some professions are crucial more than the others since it impacts more lives than their own.)
Nothing is permanent and so is money. If one does Not wisely use the money, it won't last a lifetime to burn.
Hence, even if you inherit something, you will need the resources to run it and you will need to keep a close eye so none misuses it. If one doesn't take due diligence and blames the world for fraud, it is as much their fault as it is the fraudster's.
So, the point is, if you want a life of Anupama Kapadia (sans Shahs, strictly), you need to make sure you have an Anuj Kapadia with you.
If you want to make a name of your own like Anupama Joshi (intends to), you will have to Learn, Improve, work HARD and struggle. No other way out.
