Look at it this way.

We expect a 7 year old who has been adopted and still getting adjusted to a family and has a lot of apprehensions and insecurities to "understand", be self-reliant etc. etc. Basically everything that one expects from adult.

But we do NOT expect an Adult, overgrown, experienced at life, Dadi ANYTHING.

What does that show? It shows, we have already given up on her doing Anything. We have effectively given up on Any slightest of hopes of her understanding, learning, growing.

I still don't see where Anupama has prioritised KM over the Shahs at all. Literally every random episode I open she is either leaving for SH or already there. Or they are all in KM like it's some halfway house. Even when she roams around some Shah is glued to her. This woman went out at midnight to meet her ex-husband to 'console' him. Ugh.

But all that aside. I still don't see how a child can be blamed for anything. Once again CA did not force Anuj and Anupama to adopt her. That was a choice they made. So they are responsible for the well being of this whole human being. Actually they're both pretty shit parents. But Anupama especially comes out as worse of a bad lot because she tries to justify her shitty parenting by saying oh I have so many responsibilities just be happy I am giving you the time of the day at all.

So? You agreed to adopt the child knowing you have 3 children plus 1 grand child already. Learn to handle it and if you can't stop acting as if you're some victim. You either should have thought this through or refused if you couldn't handle it.

I also can't find one scene where Anupama patiently sat down and tried to talk out CA's issues and insecurities. If your child starts exhibiting strange behaviour and claims you don't love them you don't start blaming the child. You sit them down and talk things through.

If the child is feeling insecure or feels you are not giving them enough time once again you don't start blaming the child. It's a child. Every child is different what worked for 3 others might not work for the fourth one. You as the adult need to understand the child and at least attempt to resolve the issue

And if a relationship breaks you don't blame the child for it. Let me tell you the child is never the reason, the adults being incompatible is. Here Anuj and Anupama are clearly incompatible.

It's clear that the Shahs being there all the time is not what Anuj expected would happen post marriage. And that Anupamaa needs to be there for the Shahs and will always have almost no time for the Kapadias. She will always favour and devot more time to the Shahs and clearly Anuj was not as ready for it as he thought he would be

CA's presence only brought the issue to the fore front. She's not to be blamed for this marriage going up in flames, the adults around her are.

P.S.: people on social media are straight up harassing the child actor Asmi who is literally just doing her job. And the debate of blood related v/s adopted is disgusting. And none of this is okay.

Children should be the reason to make parents bond stronger. But here unfortunately she became the reason for her foster parents's seperation in both times.

Anupama has cancelled her udaan for this child and how conveniently Anuj has forgot her sacrifice and questioning her motherhood even after treating her badly during Maya track.

Come on yaar, CA is not the reason, her mom who is obsessed with her ex is. Anupama has cancelled her udaan a million times for different reasons, don't blame her cowardice on a kid.

So it's ok to sacrifice once and then you can put your kid in danger or neglect her a million times? Poor logic.

No where have I seen her actually devoting any time on CA apart from when she has to show and pretend to Anuj that she is a good mother to CA.

Till a certain extent, I did understand her obsession with Shahs since she has spent more than half of her life in that house, serving others. So coming out of that phase takes time, but it's been more than a year, she is still stuck in her past.

She keeps saying what Vanraj doesn't matter to her, because he doesn't matter to her, but she keeps crying and victimizing herself whenever he mistreats her, and she quietly keeps listening while only emoting an angry face.

She has never put even 1% of effort in trying to maintain a good relationship with Barkha, Ankush, or MD as much as she puts with her ex-in laws.

Till the time MD was her dance teacher, she was an andh bakht of hers, as soon as she got to know that she is Anuj's biological mother, no two hoots given, but she keeps going back again and again to her pyaari Baa.

The truth is Anu doesn't want to come out of her past, she just keeps finding validation from people who really care for her only till the time she is of use to them or serves them selflessly, in that she even takes the people who actually love her for granted.

Even malti devi felt jealous when she was caring for baa same goes with choti when she was jealous of pari getting more attention then her . I believe even maltid devi and choti anu wants same attention and caring ike upma has with shah

AFAIR, Maya died to save Anupama. Anupama didn't sacrifice her udaan for Choti but she left because a Maya's ghost repeatedly begged her to take care of Choti. Otherwise, Anupama was least bit bothered to care for a girl whose mother had just died to save her. Compare this with her bio kid Pakhi for whom she was willing to lie on the road for such a stupid reason.

why should I lie about a fictional show?.There is not a single instance in which she has prioritised Sh above CA.She loves all her 4 children equally.whenever she has spend time in Sh as they asked for help she has apologized to CA.She is a service minded person who even treats Romil like her son.Now what is happening with her now in the show is purely injustice and accusations.Everyone wants only her service,no one is concerned about her well being.

Only twice she has sacrificed her udaan.first one was when she was pregnant with P and second was for CA.Only these two instances are shown in the show.
