I guess the way kavya is worried may be she has an surrogate for her and Vanraj's kid? I don't think miscarriage hua hoga ya phir Aniruddh ka baby hoga.. I think might be she has hired a surrogate..

1) Why would she then hide it from vanraj and family when they accused her of cheating? Surely cheating is more shameful than surrogacy?

2) is Vanraj impotent now? Why couldn't they have natural conception? Why would kavya take such a step without consulting Vanraj?

I don't think that makes any sense. Scratch that, that might be exactly why this plot might be true, nothing in the show makes sense.
