Considering that Apara Mehta's role is said to be a cameo, I hope you are right. Then again, Chhavi was also supposed to have a cameo which kept getting extended and look what happened. If character of MD is going up against Anujpamaa, then it should end post the conclusion of the track because they will surely make a mess with any sort of revelation as the mother or so

You dont understand, a permanent Maa/Sasuma means Anupama needs to spend more time at KM and away from Shah house. Neither the writers, nor the lead actor will allow that
