Forget about wife is alive.. When he is still married to Anupama, he’s bringing another woman in their home. He lived with another woman for 3 months while being married to Anupama. He didn’t tell her anything.. didn’t explain anything. Didn’t give her divorce. Didn’t give her closure.

Anupama hasn’t stayed with Vanraj after being married to Anuj. Anupama hasn’t stayed in SH since the day Anuj left and is still not staying with them.

Anuj's actions were direct consequence of what Anupama did

Your logic is hilarious, its like someone keeps slapping someone many times and then one day the person slaps back once and then you claim both are same

In real life a spouse feeling neglect often have affairs outside, its just how the world works, here we know Anuj is not even having an affair

No spouse in the world will every forgive or tolerate a spouse neglecting their family in a new marriage, even if they make 100 excuses for that. And yes neglecting your marriage IS a big enough reason, even Indian courts give divorce on this basis if spouse is not available and neglecting marriage

Sorry but Anuj never restricted Anupama from honouring her motherly duties. All he wanted was that she should stop letting them take herself for granted,stop embracing toxicity and abuse under the garb of family and relationships. Baa always manipulated her and she used to give in. Khichdi epi is the biggest example.Every single time she prioritized Shahs and their unjust demands over Anuj and CA. Baa constantly abused CA and Vanraj even manhandled Anuj but not once she stood for them. Anupama failed to provide emotional stability, understanding, loyalty, love and care to her partner and that's why insecurity creeped in. What was the need to play holi when u know your partner is grieving the loss of his only child? She was never with him whenever he needed her. How long will a man tolerate? Anuj's outburst was not sudden. It was a gush of emotions he had bottled up inside him since their wedding. Neglecting your partner comes under emotional infidelity and is a valid ground for divorce. Anupama is the sole reason that her marriage is in shambles. Her misplaced priorities destroyed everything.

Also for ur kind information the neglect on which court gives Divorce is what anuj is doing. Leaving his wife abruptly without telling when he will be back, living with another woman, not calling or messaging his wife is what neglect is in legal terms.

Anupama was living in KM together with anuj n anuj anupama had sexual life it's not called neglect in legal terms. Remarried spouses meeting children from previous marriage doesn't classify as neglect.

Anuj's outburst is justified n anupama deserves it but him living with maya is not. Because now he became more wrong than anupama.
