[Me]: I don't think you got what "End does Not justify the means" referred to. So, the child confessed that the child wanted to stay with the foster parents.

Anuj was trying to talk to the child, a situation which Anupama manipulated to Not talk.

There are 2 things here:

a. When she knew the result would still be the same, might as well tell the truth to her husband, the father of Choti Anu. She anyway, successfully, forcefully locked him up to stop him from even conversing with the child and speaking to Maaya.

b. This was the premise of the 15-day challenge was that if at the end of 15-days, Choti Anu wanted to stay with her foster parents, Maaya would leave without a word.

Choti Anu's confession would have put this to rest.

I can imagine you will then say, Maaya would not honour the deal. Well, who gave the deal in the first place? Tab yeh khayal nahin aaya? That too without taking Anuj into confidence or even discussing with him.

I can see a LOT of what-aboutry. Be that as it may.

2. @bold: The pivotal phrase here being IF. She was sure she is the biological mother through her Mamata meter and stopped others from a DNA Test under law.

So was anuj snoozing when anupama used her mamta meter? Why didn't he use his brains ? He could have put his foot down but he didn't. Why did he choose to be so stupid?

[Me]: This, if you would have scrolled further, would have seen, Yes Anuj was a fool to have trusted Anupama and her promise. Yes Anuj was a fool to have succumbed to Anupama's stern refusals. Well, he did put his foot down, only to be trampled by force by Anupama.

This effectively proves two things:

1. Anuj should Not have trusted Anupama with anything to do with Choti Anu.

2. Anuj should have done his own thing/taken unilateral decisions just as Anupama has been doing.

Wait, but aren't they married? Isn't this what marriage is supposed to be? Just asking.

b. If the argument (what the over intelligent Dheeraj memtioned) was to prepare Anuj with some time to bid good-bye, why did she falsefully promise him otherwise? What did she do in these 15-days to prepare him? Was it not playing with his emotions. Yes Anuj's fault to have trusted Anupama rather than take matters into his own hands.

So Anuj's only fault is "he trusted Anupama", so he can get away with anything. Just because he chose to trust her, he decided to do BIG FAT NOTHING for CA..again easy to just blame the woman.

Did Anupama not know how deeply emotional he is about Choti Anu? Anuj himself has, on many occasions clarified that?

What would her actions conclude about Anupama Who knew ALL along What was to happen and Why?

And what did Anuj think..Anupama has some type of magic wand that she can change Maya's mind?

b. Promise Anuj falsely.

What do they call it? Emotional manipulation?

About Malavika, i guess you have not have been following the show regularly, suggest you see the pre-Anuj-Anupama-marriage phase.

Anupama should have known how much he is craving a family of his own.

If he is so craving for his family....he should have done all the investigations on Maya. He needs to stop blaming others for his failures.

Two things here, so this track of losing Choti Anu is singularly Anuj's failure because:

a. he was the only one craving a family and daughter in Choti Anu. Anupama had No intentions or emotional involvement to the child. Thanks for the confession.

b. A fact (Anuj failed as a parent being untrue clarified by Choti Anu in her secret conversation) that Anupama still does Not want to clear with Anuj.

Well Maaya's past was a consequence of Anuj's Investigation, isn't it? The only thing missing was the DNA Test which could have been initiated through a lega process and by consent but well🤷🏻‍♀️, again, not going in loops.
